ห้องพักไม่ตรงตามที่โฆษณาไว้ การดูแลรักษาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร เนื่องจากอุปกรณ์บางอย่างใช้งานไม่ได้

น่าเสียดายที่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า

Overall experience is good. Just that the foods choices are very limited during this puasa period.

Easy location exit to plaza tol utara selatan…

Comfortable room, but a bit old/ less maintenance toilet. overall 6/10

Service is absolutely amazing. I made a mistake on the arrival date, they allowed me to reschedule even last minute.

Hotel sebelah waterpark je. sangat strategik. ade swimming pool lg. dah puas main kt waterpark, esok main kt swimming pool plk. ade breakfast. best. ade mee kari. sedap. yg bawak anak2 tu, prepare la bawak duit/kad. die x kira free. haha.. Bilik die je la kne renovate skit. tukar tilam katil. melendut dah. nasib baik x sakit badan. toilet die kne tukar la tile die. kotaran degil yg lm2 tu x bleh dah nk cuci. shower die pn ade semput2. yg lain semua ok. staff friendly. terbaik.

Hotel room are clean. Location in a quiet area with an excellent view of the lake. Friendly staff who are always willing to assist. Hotel need maintenance to update outdated facilities and furniture. Overall i have a pleasant stay at the hotel and definitely will come back again.

Great location for waterpark and lovely food

From arriving all had be absolutely nice... but ours trip is about waterpark.. but frustrating be told... park open at 10 pm.. but open by 11 am.Our target is Ombak section but being told section close for renovation. Other can be category B. Sorry BMLR ... this not my 1st visit.. more than 10 time I being here.. this time feel unacceptable with waterpark.

Best room & location. Nice to stay & rest your mind. Staff are incredibly friendly .Restaurant on the lake front was lovely, staff were very friendly and the food was good. Kids breakfast is great value for money. Enjoy the day in there. Suitable for kids. Not really crowded and the ticket on promo so the price quit reasonable. The waterpark also kids friendly and the affordable.
