The breakfast was excellent and lived up to expectations—delicious and well-prepared. However, the room and welcome did not quite match the standards of a 5-star hotel. The interior and amenities fell short of what was described in the booking details, which was disappointing. I kindly suggest that management address these areas to ensure consistency. "Pathetic hotel. I booked this hotel for a overnight stay in Siliguri. The service was horrible. Wifi doesn’t work. Geyser doesn’t work properly. When asked for a bottle of water on the day of checkout, they asked me to pay for the water. So it has to be assumed that people have to drink water cautiously when staying in this hotel. Also there was no phone in my room to call the reception. When you are paying 2.7k for a night, I believe these basic services are expected. Horrible hotel. I don’t know how they are running this hotel. Next time I am in Siliguri, I would rather stay in an OYO than this third class hotel. If there was an option of negative star, I would have given that."

"Interior decoration was good, but design was not satisfactory. For example, no charging point beside bed, washroom was clean but was unorganised, (basin, then comod, then bathing area. Every time we need to cross co-mod to move to basin from bathing area) upper roof wooden work is leaking wood particles. It is situated in contested area, so a bit small rooms, but it's fine. There's a pungent bad smell inside the hottle lobbies and rooms. And as of the staff behaviour, they're all well behaved."
