Tropical Breeze Resort

The room and location was fabulous. Check in was 4pm but the room wasn't ready till 5 yet they wouldn't give us any tim after check-out time.

Property looked like it was brand new. It was excellent. A few additions would however have been welcome for our 8 night stay. Suggestions would be; small table lamp in lounge or dimmer switch, mat inside door to wipe wet feet, internet access on TV to access E.g. Netflicks

Very clean, awesome people, convenient to everything you need especially the beach!! We had a great time!!

Overall I would rate this place 4 to 4.5 out of 5. I don't have many complaints. Here were some of the pros/cons: Pro's: 1. Convenient location - walking distance to beach or the main *****. Many good breakfast/lunch/dinner options. 2. Front desk was informative and everyone we contacted was very nice. Con's: 1. We arrived for check in late because our flight was really late in the evening - however the check in process itself was easy, but because we had a packet left for us, our room/home wasn't as easy to find on the map, and not located on the main street as the resort. It took us sometime to find our place. Also because there is limited lighting outside, so it was easy to miss the entrance to the location. 2. The blow leaf guy woke us up on one of the days around 8 am in the morning, which wasn't fun because we had wanted to sleep in. Otherwise the resort(s) itself are nicely maintained, nothing too much to complain about. Yes it's a little outdated but that didn't bother us. Overall if we are ever in the area, we would stay here again.

Room was clean & spacious with a very large patio. No elevator to 2nd floor, difficult to get up with heavy luggage. Also stairway was very dark

One block left to beautiful beach and one block right to Siesta Key Village. Very convenient. In-room kitchen was very helpful as well.

Newly remodeled condo was great. CLEAN, comfortable, laundry in unit. Ground floor so no stairs. Electronic keypad access and parked in front of unit. Large shared pool was very nice and a sizable backyard to grill but no one occupied the adjacent 3 units while we were there. Close to village shopping, restaurants. About 1/3 mile to the beach. The staff we interacted with were FANTASTIC (desk Jessie, Kristen and maintenance John). There were a few inconvenient things mentioned to the manager at the end of the visit and he indicated they would solve: no bathroom counter space, no towel hooks, no full length mirror.

Perfect location to stay while in Siesta Key. Staff was great and accommodations were too!

This property was really nice. It was quiet and close to everything. The only complaint my family had were the beds. They were really uncomfortable and noisy. Could use some new frames and mattresses. Would return though. Really beautiful area.
