大家一定要躲開這個奸詐的酒店！我預訂的圖一房間，結果酒店給我的是圖二、三，這個房型是攜程上最低級的房型圖四，酒店硬是讓我付了每晚120瑞郎，住進我本來就應該得到的房型。攜程不錯，把錢退給了我，但酒店就是不承認！另外，這個酒店的大床是兩個小床墊拼湊的，中間非常硌，第一晚他們騙我説沒有任何解決辦法，第二天看我要換酒店，結果又説可以給鋪一個薄的大墊子，然後對第一晚衹是抱歉，這個小鎮我住了11年，其它五星級酒店都會主動提供薄床墊，大家要躲避這個**酒店。

Hotel fabuleux avec un spa incroyable. J’ai adoré la piscine, le petit déjeuner.

Marvellous experience here. The hotel is the perfect getaway. Lovely location. Amazing connection to nature. Lots of activities to do in the area. The rooms were awesome. Would highly recommend. Nice time here with family and friends!!!

Crans Ambassador is amazing. The location is great. Beautiful location and beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The team is welcoming and friendly. The activities are amazing. Lots to do here. Fun times staying here with friends.

Beautifully designed hotel with brilliant reception and concierge team! The complimentary shuttle service was a huge perk and the staff very welcoming and polite. Had a lovely massage at the spa, however the experience was lessened by the overall ambiance - kids running and screaming around the pool, adults loudly taking pictures (in the no phones zone) in the relaxation room, and the pool, although supposedly heated to 29C, was too cold to be in. On the website, it says the swimming pool is only open to adults after 6pm however this was not the case.

Beautiful rooms, very clean, superb service and wonderful views on the mountains. Restaurant is top notch, as well as the friendliness of the hotel staff. The rooms have all facilities you'd wish for.

Super convenient for skiing with the gondola just a short walk away , great facility for ski hire which was super convenient . The hotel staff and the concierge desk were all very friendly and working hard . The swimming pool with a view of the mountains was a real added bonus.

Great 5 star hotel. Free Shuttle service with Luxury Cars (Mercedes Vans, Range Rover Discovery) to and pick-up from the city locations until 8pm. Great Views of the Alps from the rooms. There is a Alex-Sports Shop inside the hotel for rentals and equipment if needed.

We'll return to the Crans Ambassador. The mountain views from the breakfast table, the fully-equiped gym, or from poolside lounge chairs were terrific on their own. 100m from the ski lift, with an excellent ski shop in the hotel. Comfortable hotel on the luxurious side, but still good for families. Good food in the restaurants (or at least as good as anywhere in the town). Spacious gym, spa, and pool area. And everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Top marks.

We just came back from a wonderful stay at the Crans Ambassador. Usually we (my wife and son) go every year but this was our first stay in 2 years because last year there was no availability for the dates that we wanted. From start to finish everything was just perfect. The key to perfection is consistency and it was lovely to see many of the staff still working at the property, including the General Manager Mrs Marshall (who you often see on the front line with her team). They made sure our stay was faultless and we would like to extend special thanks to Edvin, Amar, Alexandre, Aline, Claudio, Guillaume and all of the team for being so attentive and welcoming. I could write 2 pages as to why we love this hotel so much but here are the things that continue to be nothing short of excellent:- the food; we dined at the Muna and it was first class (Wagu beef especially). The breakfast is also superb with a superb array of à la carte options including fluffy pancakes (my son was in heaven) and avocado toast. The children's menus are also very good, the quality of the food stands out even for the children, the chicken nugs were very crispy and fresh. The spa is still as new, the team working there are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also very welcoming for children, there is a new playroom on the 4th floor and the pool is also open later during school holidays to accommodate children. The bedrooms are immaculate with a very modern yet comfortable feel to them. To top all of this off, the view out of the bay windows in the lounge you never get bored with! Last but not least, the service, as mentioned above, the entire team are so professional, attentive and friendly – quite exceptional. Thanks for having us and we’ll make sure it’s not more than a year before coming back to stay!

The hotel and its staff are top notch. It is well located walking distance to the lifts and to the center of Montana. The rooms have a splendid view of the mountains. I highly recommend for a family holiday.
