What you get is what you paid for. For RM 63/night, it's understandle. But some points I'd like to raise to the host ( with photo attached ) : 1. Toilet door is damaged 2. No proper toilet mat so watwr splash to outside of the toilet 3. Change to blackout curtain so guest can relax even with sun beaming right through 4. Noise coming from from gate of block B ( other guests in & out )

No elevator, very inconvenient for ppl w mobility issues or when u have heavy luggages. The bed is super uncomfortable and need a new mattress. Some of the power outlets not working.

Very affordable, the room is very clean,also the toilet is clean, provide many parking spaces.

While we were enjoying our supper inside our room, i saw a cockroach coming out several times for my food. This is disgusting.

The hotel was affordable and just nice for a short stay. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

room is clean and well maintained, and the corridors are also tidy and kept in good condition. Housekeeping does a good job overall, and the environment feels comfortable and reassuring during the stay. Public areas are cleaned regularly, which adds to a pleasant and orderly atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The duvet is extremely dirty and very very unhygienic, full of red and yellow patches. I removed it and used the cover sheet only. It will improve the quality of stay if there is a kettle in the room.

It was a great experience and stay. The receptionist was helpful. It was a budget hotel but with nice interior. The next time we go to Sibu, we will stay here again. Recommended 👍🏻
