"The apartment location was good, and itself was fine however trip.com did not send us the check in instructions prior to check in causing some confusion. This caused some complications with the key for separate apartments and for other guests that were checking into this apartment. This platform needs to do better in informing its guests on how to check into properly at an earlier day and time (not day of). It should be noted that the key once removed from the door automatically locks itself. People should be mindful or else they could lock themselves out. Thankfully the owner was nice enough to reach out to us and we were able to clear all complications."

"The check-in and all other details were communicated via WhatsApp upon arrival. Spacious studio in a wonderfully renovated house. The room was a bit dark, but had a super comfortable bed. Our studio overlooked a narrow alley, with a few motorbikes driving through at night. The location is good, just a short walk from the cathedral. Very good breakfast is served right down by the small harbor. Ideal house for sightseeing. Parking should be booked. The public parking is inexpensive, but very far from the house. The city beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, from here (viewpoint) you have a wonderful view of Sibenik."
