"The property is centrally located and all important places are within a km range(walking) from the hotel so this makes it a must stay place in pondicherry. Also, the place is safe for women travellers as it has a home-like and heritage vibe. Stayed on the second floor. The rooms are clean with basic amenities like towels and soaps. The smart tv in the room was a cherry on the cake. Overall experience was amazing and it's a highly recommended place."

Abikrishnaa hotel needs improvement, these are my suggestions:
Mosquitos were in the room, fortunately we were having odomos, we managed with it. I noticed there are a lot mosquitos in Pondicherry.
Room no. 109 didn't have a soap dish stand in the bathroom.
We had to request for many things which are provided by default in hotels. Towels, bathroom floor mat & water bottles. Staff should provide these things on their own instead of waiting for the guests to ask.
Rooms/suite was nice and big. Actually 4 people can sleep in one room.
The TV had internet connected to it, therefore we were able to watch videos on YouTube. This was good.
A barefoot staff comes to provide soaps, shampoo and toothbrush to the rooms.
I liked the location which is a little interior in a residential layout, it was quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast was cold on both the days, we had gone to the restaurant at 9am and 9:15am. During breakfast time period, guests should be provided hot food.
