猶記得第一次住亞朵是2016年元旦，在秦皇島，價格大概是200多不含早，當時驚為天人，對一眾新老四星級酒店形成了降維打擊。 然而近年來，隨着桔子水晶、全季、漫心以及一眾高星級酒店都開始走輕奢風，以及亞朵價格不斷上調，感覺亞朵在逐步陷入平庸。 這家亞朵位於石家莊東二環，位置還不錯，交通方便。地上地下停車位充裕，停車方便。由於是商務樓，大堂在一層，房間和公區在11到15層。3部電梯有一部單獨控制，等電梯時間比較久。 給升了房間。房間挺大，就是感覺有點空，設施略簡單，沒有放手巾，minibar也沒有了。當然，在一些細節上，亞朵優勢依舊。比如淋浴的即熱式熱水器，控制相當簡便，出熱水快。比如放了污衣籃，有床前榻。床品一如既往，隔音也不錯。洗衣房、健身房雖然不大，也夠用。 服務，工作人員態度是挺好的。就是入住那天看到一位服務員帶着孩子打掃房間。帶孩子我理解，建議讓孩子在房間看電視的時候關上房門。第二天早上有工作人員在我房間門口打了半個小時電話。打工人摸魚總是有的，但明顯影響客户體驗就不好了。

酒店本身非常超值。環境好，建築及傢俱都給人美的享受；服務好，免費升房、房間裏有免費的膠囊咖啡和可樂雪碧，幫忙協調了多種需求。 包括後期我對旅拍有意見，工作人員也積極幫我協調。對酒店的軟硬件配套我都很滿意。 但是服務扣一分扣在旅拍上！！！前面體驗100分，旅拍把三天整體感受拉到了50分！！！！ 因為是免費的，本身期待不高，粧造、攝影跟我自己拍的差不多，這些都在意料之中，考慮中秋節有三張發一下朋友圈就夠了。 結果拍完拿着p好了讓我選照片，我衹要了免費的三張（加一張60塊，真心不值），最後才跟我説要一週內才給？？？我反覆溝通不需要p，詢問到底有什麼流程不能給，老闆拒不回答，強硬地表示“國家辦事還有流程呢，我們公司有自己的流程；你去zf辦事一趟辦不下來，也要跑很多趟”，還指責我説他們大過節的還要上班，讓我別鬧了！！！ 我問他們是什麼店，老闆表示，就是“正太旅拍”！！！又想蹭“國家單位”的牌子，又一副坑錢私企的嘴臉。 旅拍本身就非常講究時效性，我對照片要求也不高，在外地找的旅拍都是當天給，給不了p後的給原圖。這家的方式和態度非常影響客户的體驗。 1個差體驗需要10個好體驗來彌補，這麼爛的旅拍，建議如果不能加強對他們的管理約束，就直接取消！！否則你們酒店自己員工的努力就白費了！！！
