Overall the room, pillows and sheets were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, about a 20 minute walk to the city center. The only downside was that the room was next to a busy motorway and the noise of the traffic was a little too loud.

I arrived at 9pm and the room was not yet to be cleaned, the reception girl was super nice and service minded she did everything she could after consulting with the manager, this concluded the disappointment, I had to wait 30 more mins for the room to be cleaned and the reception lady had to do it.
The hotel itself was good and service is also decent but how this situation was handled (not check me in to other room since it is their fault) after talking to manager was questionable to me.
