Their check in desk was quite complicated, no one speaks English. We were brought to the 34th floor - this is where their check in desk i. Owners/house keeper ladies were extremely nice and helpful! It has a kitchen but nothing provided. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. As we brought a lot of things, we decided to get a luggage, she is kind enough to order online for us and item was delivered the next day. Loft was spacious for 5 of us. Location near the university. metro station about 15 min walk away. There are some eateries and a supermarket nearby.

This place was super good!!! the ladies who ran it were unbelievably helpful and lovely , anything i needed they would help me with a big smile on their face. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t full cause it wasn’t summer which was slightly annoying but everything else was excellent - would recommend. great burger place right next door asw

Completely Unprofessional and Chaotic Check-In Experience! We booked one room, and another Malaysian guest had booked a separate room last week — a different date, different booking ID, and different room type. However, when we arrived, the front desk mixed up the bookings, wrongly assuming that we and that other guest were from the same group. Because of this, they gave our reserved room type and password to that person last week without checking the order ID. When we checked in this week, the staff accused both us and the other guest of only booking one room, which made no sense — we are completely different groups with separate bookings. After arguing for nearly 30 minutes, they finally admitted their mistake. Shockingly, the staff even handed us the previous guest’s room password directly, without verifying or resetting it, which is a serious privacy and security issue. Then, things got even worse. The staff entered the wrong room, which was already occupied by that guest, moved out his belongings without permission, and told us to “just stay in that room.” Imagine how horrifying it would be for that person to return and find their things removed! When we questioned this, the front desk raised her voice at us instead of apologizing. We asked for a refund, but the staff refused, claiming we were “not cooperating.” She then offered to swap rooms — but after we agreed, she changed her mind again, saying it wasn’t possible. She even told us that we “shouldn’t care who stayed there before” and to just get in the room, even though it wasn’t cleaned after someone else’s things were taken out. After nearly an hour of unnecessary waiting, she finally gave us the same room type on another floor, which was available all along. What could have been solved in 5 minutes turned into an exhausting one-hour ordeal, delaying our check-in from 11 PM to almost midnight. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — full of carelessness, rudeness, and zero regard for guest privacy. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel if you care about professionalism and safety. 非常不专业又混乱的入住体验! 我们只订了一间房，另一位马来西亚客人是上个星期订的另一间，不同日期、不同房型、不同订单。可是前台却搞混了订单，以为我们和那位客人是同一组人，就把我们订的房型和密码给了那位客人，完全没检查订单编号。 这星期我们来入住时，前台竟然指责我们和那位客人只订了一间房，完全不合理！我们明明是不同的客人。争论了大概 30 分钟，他们才承认是自己的错误。更离谱的是，前台还直接把之前客人的房间密码给我们，完全没有检查或重设，非常不安全！ 后来更夸张，前台进入错误的房间，把别人的东西搬出来，还叫我们“就住那间”。想想看，那个客人回来看见自己的东西被轰了出去该多恐怖！我们质问时，前台还提高声音对我们喊，一点也不道歉。 我们要求退款，他们拒绝，还怪我们“不配合”。后来她说可以换房，结果我们同意后，她又说“不行”。甚至还说**“不要管谁住过”，要我们直接进去，房间也根本没清理干净**。 最后我们等了快一小时，她才给我们另一层楼同样的房型，其实早就有房。一个五分钟能解决的问题，被拖到将近午夜十二点。 这是我遇过最糟糕的酒店体验，前台粗心、态度差、完全不重视客人隐私和安全。强烈不推荐！

Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. We made a booking but the hotel messed it up and tried to give us a wrongly assigned room without properly cleaning it. Even worse, they moved another guest’s luggage out of their room without that guest’s consent! They clearly had the same type of room available but refused to arrange it for us. When we said we wanted to cancel the booking, the staff rudely scolded us instead of resolving the issue. Only after we mentioned calling the police did they reluctantly agree to arrange another room — and asked us to wait 20 minutes. The next day, while my colleague was outside, the cleaning lady entered our room without knocking, assuming no one was inside. I was still in the room when she suddenly opened the door! Completely unacceptable and disrespectful to guests’ privacy. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. The staff’s attitude, management, and professionalism are far below standard. Stay somewhere else if you value your safety and comfort. 非常糟糕的住宿体验。酒店把我们的预订搞错了，却想随便打扫原本错误分配的房间给我们入住。更离谱的是，他们在没有经过前一位客人同意的情况下，就让清洁阿姨把那位客人的行李移出房间！ 其实他们有同款房型，却不愿意重新安排。我们要求取消预订时，前台态度极差，还用很不礼貌的语气顶回我们。直到我们说要报警，她才说“给我二十分钟”才勉强换房。 第二天，我同事带着行李出门后，清洁阿姨以为房间没人，竟然没有敲门就直接开门进来！当时我还在房里，她看到我才立刻关门，非常吓人也极度不尊重隐私。 整体管理混乱、态度恶劣、毫无专业精神。强烈不推荐！如果你在意安全和隐私，请千万不要住这里。

Fantastic! Very clean. No mosquitos. Air conditioning works great. Having a washing machine in the room is super convenient. The room feels very spacious, and the beds are large (perhaps a little hard for westerners, but a typical Chinese bed). Transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby, including McDonald's and Starbucks. If you are looking for luxury, go somewhere else. But if you want great value for money, stay here. I highly recommend it.

性價比非常高！在這個區域能住到這麼好的房子算不錯了！房間乾淨整潔，實施齊備，還有廚房，冰箱，小客廳等！一到樓下，就有阿姨非常熱情周到的接待，帶領入住！幫我介紹各實施的使用，幫我打開空調，很貼心！因是公寓住宿，在樓下沒有掛牌，不用擔心，安全的！這一晚睡得踏實安心！

房間寬敞，環境特別好，收拾的很乾凈，各種小備品非常齊全，除了空調外，洗衣機和冰箱也都有，自己洗衣服也非常方便，還有灶台可以做飯，簡直太方便了。環境幽靜，服務到位，五星好評。
