Clean and comfortable hotel room. Modern design, I like all the small lychee touches and branding throughout. Small Chinese style buffet selection, but different foods offered on different mornings on our stay which is a nice touch and always appreciated.

The hotel is clean, staff were very friendly and super helpful. It is well located right next to long 5 subway which is only one stop away from tech park and cloud city and very well priced. The spa located on level 2 was well worth a visit after a long day of walking. I will be staying at this place again during my next visit. The rooms are not huge but I’m only staying to sleep. My only comment is the beds were a bit too hard for my liking compared to western standards and takes a bit getting used to.

also my choosen hotel when in shenzhen for my business trip . i have been there for many times . location is great ( MRT just downstairs ) lots of eateries and nearby mall . my favourite is the night market opposite the road .

酒店就在西麗站F口, 出來直走就看到了, 非常方便！酒店走廊充滿香香的味道, 給人感覺很放鬆, 房間也非常乾淨舒適, 也免費送飲料, 讚！床柔軟, 睡得很好！空調熱水也很充足！酒店外面有很多餐廳選擇, 非常好！去深圳北站也只是4個站而已, 非常近！下次也會再來！

酒店服務很好，有衣物代洗，工作人員態度都很好。房間迷你吧有贈飲還送小餅乾。有桌子和外賣機器人。設施總體不錯樓下有咖啡館很適合辦公自習，好像和樓上西餐廳是一塊的，菜品飲品很豐富很好吃。 目前在西麗還沒找到比這家性價比更高的

太方便了，就在地鐵站出口外。大堂旁的咖啡廳食物美味。房間隔音不太好，晚上有人經過講話聲音會傳進房內，但備品齊全，小度設定方便，性價比很高。

酒店位置很方便，附近有熱鬧的366大街，購物、飲食和按摩都有。值得一提酒店的早餐真的意想不到的，地方環境整潔美觀，食物很好。我會推薦這家給朋友👍

設施：設施設備都很新， 衞生：衞生做得很好，客房會代洗衣物。 環境：周邊環境非常好，交通很方便。 服務：前台的服務非常好，很貼心。

為了考試定的酒店，真的超出預期，物有所值。酒店地段是西麗地鐵站最好的，F口出來就到門口，周圍商店配套不是一般的多。整棟樓都是酒店的，非常專業、非常安心。服務很周到，前台和保潔阿姨都會打招呼。設施非常新，房間日用品齊全。特別是空調好評，可以自己調節非常靈敏，來之前以為圖中是中央空調效果不好，其實開了後非常涼快。下次來深圳肯定還是選這家！

前台小姐姐熱情服務態度很好，入住體驗感不錯，酒店的洗漱用品很好很香，住了一晚又立即續住了。出行方便，樓下及旁邊就有吃的美食一條街。交通也便利。
