My usual hotel in shenzhen but was quite surprise that for so long , they have never guven me a special price or upgrade .

friendly staff, clean environment, ideal location right next to metro station. A lot eating places nearby

My partner and I booked this place together. Other hotels in the area don't have as much space or design as this one; the overall effect is quite good. This hotel is a great location and near street food.

Clean and comfortable hotel room. Modern design, I like all the small lychee touches and branding throughout. Small Chinese style buffet selection, but different foods offered on different mornings on our stay which is a nice touch and always appreciated.

The hotel is clean, staff were very friendly and super helpful. It is well located right next to long 5 subway which is only one stop away from tech park and cloud city and very well priced. The spa located on level 2 was well worth a visit after a long day of walking. I will be staying at this place again during my next visit. The rooms are not huge but I’m only staying to sleep. My only comment is the beds were a bit too hard for my liking compared to western standards and takes a bit getting used to.

Clean and convenient location

衞生不行，中午入住，到晚上房間還有煙味，而且還漏水，我不知道貼了禁止吸煙為啥還會很大煙味，説換房就是住滿了沒房，然後噴了點空氣清新劑，誰知道那空氣清新劑也一股味，然後最後説了好久才換房，送的水果我也沒看到一點誠意

必須給這家酒店一個大大的好評！房間打掃得很乾凈，衞生間沒有異味，毛巾浴巾都是消毒封裝的，讓人很放心。隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡得很安穩。早餐種類豐富，味道也好。工作人員態度親切，細節做得很到位，能感受到用心，值得推薦給大家！
