ห้องพักสะอาด มีบาร์อาหารว่างฟรี และพนักงานก็ดีมากที่ขยายเวลาเช็คเอาต์ออกได้ถึง 14.00 น. เนื่องจากรถบัสขากลับของเราจะมาในช่วงค่ำ ห้องออกกำลังกายก็ยอดเยี่ยมมาก และบริการในห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าก็ยอดเยี่ยม สิ่งเดียวที่เราผิดหวังคือที่ตั้งของห้องพัก เพราะแทบจะไม่เห็นพระอาทิตย์ตกเลย แต่ก็ยังมีวิวที่สวยงาม ถ้าเราพักในห้องทางด้านขวา เราก็คงจะมองเห็นได้โดยไม่ต้องออกไปที่สวนสาธารณะ.......ฉันได้ไตร่ตรองกับพนักงานที่ชื่อรีเบคก้าแล้ว และเธอแนะนำให้ฉันติดต่อเธอในครั้งต่อไปหากจะจองห้องประเภทเดียวกันอีกครั้ง ขอบคุณสำหรับความช่วยเหลือของเธอ

I had a very peaceful stay at this hotel. It was my birthday and I was upgraded to the bay view room, they also delivered a complimentary cake to my room 🥰 and a cute little Conrad bear on leaving.

Amazing stay. I love that it is peaceful and quiet. Room is huge, bed is sooo comfy. I was so well rested. Totally worth the money. The staff were all kind and did their best to communicate in English. My Chinese was broken but the staff managed to serve my needs. Shout out to Shay for smooth check-in process and to Pike for guarding my luggages before I leave for the airport at night (because my flight was at midnight).

Hotel is grand and new. Very comfortable and relaxed stay. Swimming pool is very nice & beautiful. My wife and I very like this. Will come again.

John Qin Yidanshang at the Concierge was so helpful and would connect with me via Wechat to provide personal and helpful support. Great services! I have lost my office access card at the hotel and John tried to assist in recovery- although we cannot find it, I am still appreciative.

We chose this amazing hotel for a one night staycation. And this hotel is very luxury and well designed. In the main hall and entrance where they placed plenty of arts pieces which makes it really relaxing. The room is absolutely clean and tidy. The room service is efficient and the staffs are absolutely amazing. Definitely will come and visit again soon.

I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. A special shoutout to Eden for her outstanding customer relations! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. During breakfast at the lobby bar, I noticed the staff working diligently, even during the busy rush hour. Despite the wait, their friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant. It was refreshing to see such dedication, and I appreciated their efforts. However, I did encounter an issue during the evening service on December 28th. Although the lobby bar was quiet around 7 PM, I found the male staff member to be somewhat arrogant and lacking basic courtesy. Despite my repeated expressions of thanks for the food, he remained silent and did not collect the finished dishes. This was disappointing compared to the excellent service I received during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel for its exceptional service during the day, and I hope to see improvements in the evening staff's attitude. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Nice view for the free upgrade seaview room but the hotel breakfast isnt as good as same league in HK Conrad

New hotel, free upgrade, good location, warm staff, excellent facilities, comfort bed, nice food

Location is good, staff was very pleasant, room was nice. Would stay here again.
