Bank View Farm Bed & Breakfast

This is a beautiful haven in a wonderful farm location. Lots of wonderful attention to detail, home baked cake on arrival, candles in bathroom, amazing choice of breakfast. Alex and Rachel are wonderful hosts. The best place to stay around Sheffield in my opinion. Would recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Bank View Farm, Rachel and Alex were excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in one of the cottages which are really well furnished, with an excellent big comfy bed, what I was most impressed with was the fact things like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, tea towels etc were all provided, in fact all the little things you need that you don't often get in other places I've stayed at. It's very quiet and out of the way, but close enough to amenities and walking distant to 3 pubs that do food. Highly recommend.

This place will get you never wanting to go home. Usually I miss my bed, those little home comforts, but Bank View Farm is like a home from home. You have everything you could want and it really is luxury. A beautiful bath tub, huge bed, fresh flowers from the garden and delicious cooked breakfasts by Alex. The farm is lovely and we walked the resident dogs twice which was lovely. These guys have thought of everything.

A wonderful place to stay. Lovely setting and we enjoyed seeing the animals. The Dairy is a ground floor cottage as part of the main house, and was really well set up for disabled access. The breakfast was also delicious. What really sets Bank View Farm above the rest though is the service- Alex, Rachel and the team really went above and beyond to look out for my 90 year old grandma who was staying there. Thanks so much.

Wow. Just wow! Don't know how we found this place but once we saw pictures of Alpacas we had to visit. We stayed 2 nights in the Granary Suite and it was perfect. We loved seeing the giant tortoises and making friends with the dogs. Got to feed the Alpacas which was an amazing experience. There is great walking right from the door. Later we sat outside in the sunshine with a beer and a glass of wine from the bar. Room was really big with a separate seating area and a little fridge. Lovely home made cake was left for us. Bathroom huge with walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious. All cooked to order. Already booked our next visit.

This place is a little piece of heaven! Thoughtfully and beautifully restored with the guest spec fixtures and fittings throughout by Alex & Rachel who go above and beyond as hosts; from the beautiful fresh flowers and cream cakes on arrival to four ft thick towels, crisp bed linen and every inch was spotlessly clean. We loved the rainfall shower, underfloor heating, fire, remote velux blinds, LUXURY hot tub and the biggest most comfortable bed and pillows! We loved spending time with the dogs Koko and Moss in their pen area and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We were given complete privacy, there’s lots of parking, lots of local amenities and a superb location for exploring the Peak District. An exceptional B&B, you will not be disappointed.

This was our fourth visit to Bank View Farm and it is truly a special place. First class accommodation, wonderful breakfast and friendly and helpful hosts. We visit Sheffield regularly and would not consider anywhere else.

We have just had a wonderful weekend away for my Husbands birthday. This is a beautiful B&B with superb and very friendly hosts. All rooms have a very loving touch with gorgeous furnishings. If you are looking for somewhere very relaxing and peaceful then this is certainly the place to visit. You will be provided with delicious breakfasts with plenty of choice.

An excellent b&b - stylish, super clean and comfortable and with lots of extra little touches that made our stay very enjoyable. Great choice for breakfast, beautifully cooked, tasty and well presented. Hosts friendly and welcoming.
