The front desk staff were incredibly polite and processed our check-in in seconds, even upgrading our room. Special thanks to Deng Shuqi at the front desk for her warmth and attentiveness, which made us, two elderly guests, feel truly at home. Furthermore, I must commend Wang Chenchen and her team in the catering department. They were very understanding of my special dietary needs and arranged my meals perfectly, which I deeply appreciated. Housekeeping supervisor Xiao Fang was also very responsible and enthusiastic, doing an excellent job. I am once again proud that the hotel has such outstanding service staff. I hope the hotel continues to grow and flourish. We will definitely be back."
