Clean, very nice pool. Good food just a bit monotonous

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

酒店沒有接送服務，距離機場很遠。酒店門口有坑人的出租車，酒店也不管。前台英語也不標準，歧視中國人，白人一來就先服務白人，不給小費態度就極差。房間異味重，衞生間洗完澡水堵塞，第二天早上還下不去，衞生間垃圾桶也是壞的，門也是壞的，床也非常小。我們辦理入住後還沒有給我們手環，早上吃不了早餐，又搞了一個小時才搞好。整體都非常差 住了一天立馬換酒店！

It’s nice experience we liked the hotel the food was nice the cocktails either was good the rooms fine but the view is so gorgeous thanks for all the staff in this hotel and specially thanks for the animation team the are always active and always trying to give us energy during the vacation and makes us happy thanks for all of u we will back again 🫶🏿

It’s second visit to this magnificent hotel Believe me there is nothing batter than staying by the pool of this place or enjoying your your day by the sandy long beach We been treated as a family member I do appreciate each one effort to my stay the best ever Once again Many Thanks really from my heart

Just got back from an amazing week at jazz sharm dreams, I cannot fault it one bit! The staff were fantastic, from the reception staff to the guys at the pool bar, the restaurant staff, to the cleaners, they all went above and beyond to make sure we felt like VIPs! The hotel is great, plenty of pools, a water park, nightly entertainment good food, a sister resort across the road with a private beach, basically everything you need in one place so for me it was perfect to just sit back and spend a week relaxing in the sun. There's also all the usual excursions and experiences available should that be more your kind of thing. We will definitely be going back to Jazz Sharm Dreams! 10/10.

First of all thanks a lot Jaz Sharm dreams resort, I gonna start from the reception they are very good when we arrived everyone smiling front of us then we took our room in just 5 minutes and the room it was very beautiful and there is a very big pool and about restaurant it was great and the food it was so tasty and also there is beautiful beach and there is entertainment they are active and so funny really it was amazing we liked this hotel and we gonna never change this hotel forever thanks Jaz Sharm dreams resort ❤️

The experience was average; the atmosphere was nice, but it could be improved. Unfortunately, the food was very bad with no variety or change, though the desserts were excellent and very delicious. The service from the staff was excellent, especially Mahmoud Zahran, Hazem in the dining room, Rafiq in hotel transportation, and Badr, who was responsible for cleaning. If I have to visit again, it would be because of the wonderful staff.

Just came home from an amazing vacation at Jaz Sharm Dreams room 3115 with a stunning view over the main pool. I will recomend this hotel with all of my heart, mostly for the amazing staff and management. Very flexible check in and check out from the reception staff. And daily housekeeping with amazing art. At the main resturant we were giving awsome service by Emad, Ahmed and Abdullah. And Ahmed and rest of the staff were doing a great job. Bar was very nice with very good cocktails from Ahmed, Mohab, Reda, Mohamed Ali and Sayed Sdeek. The same also for the bar by the wonderful beach. Special thanks for Mr. Hani the hotel manager. Thanks Jaz Sharm Dreams for ur warm welcoming and the hospitality.

Our best experience and holidays of our life! Really recommend. Amazing location, good food, professional staff always helpful and very beautiful excursions. In June little bit too hot but everything perfect. FARES sales manager of excursions the best in Egypt! Go with him

The hotel is very very comfortable.. the staff are very friendly (mariam and mohamed in the reception) .. Clean .. wifi is good .. food is tastey.. the pools are various and clean .. the peach is wonderful.. the room is amazing.. we are so happy
