Good service！ our room has a small balcony from which we can see the ancient city wall. We had a good time there.

Yunhe Yebo Hotel is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. They provide a great service and the amenities are clean and tidy. The shuttle service is also nice even though I didn’t make reservations 24 hours before check in. But they are still able to arrange a shuttle service for me from the train station. The fruit and soup are delicious and suitable for winter. Besides, the variance of choices of breakfast is also one of the best ones that I had in my life. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. Definitively I will stay again next time when I visit Shaoxing.

Overall enjoyed our experience at this hotel in Shaoxing. The service from the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We had free pick up and drop off service from the hotel as well. Would recommend.

Hotel is neat and the staffs are really kind. 5 star hotel level service. The hotel is also located in New developed area. It's convenient to buy stuff or find a place to eat.

Very quiet, relaxing place. Some walks nearby possible.

Nice hotel

設施：房間空間很大，設施齊全。自駕遊很方便，有地下停車場。 環境：地理位置很好，步行5分鐘可達迎恩門水街，晚飯後逛逛挺好。離紹興各景區也不是很遠，打車也就10元左右路費 服務：提供免費接送站服務。因接送班車還在高鐵站候客人，前台很熱情的免費幫我們叫了滴滴送至魯迅故里遊玩。晚上又送來銀耳湯，第二天退房還有伴手禮，整個服務相當滿意！

這家賓館比較新，從設施上能看得出來，酒店的地理位置還算不錯，在迎恩門區域，外面的區域挺好玩，有吃有喝有逛，酒店讓我印象最深的是接站送站的服務，司機的服務態度非常好，幫着拎行李拿上拿下，服務態度十分好，值得讚揚，老闆該多給些年終獎給他。預訂的時候不知道我定的房型，原來都是靠着路邊的房間，本來想讓前台幫忙換一下，大概生意比較好，房間都滿了，前台生硬地拒絕了。好在房間足夠新，隔音效果很好，晚上睡覺幾乎聽不到外面的聲音。房間比較小，我住的這間，窗有點低，給人的感覺突然有點壓抑，設施都還不錯，有加熱馬桶蓋，戴森電吹風，小件配的也比較到位，床適中挺舒服的，枕頭只有兩個，不像一般豪華酒店會有4個。有歡迎水果很不錯。酒店的早餐也挺豐富的，以中式為主，西式的比較少。不過，中式的口味也都很不錯。住了兩天，第一次早餐還有醬鴨，非常喜歡。早餐區域不大，大概跟房間不多有關。總體來説，酒店還是很不錯的。

酒店前廳經理王思丹幫我安排的非常好，面面俱到。酒店有求必應，服務非常滿意。酒店設施硬件軟件一流，超過了同等的五星級水準。酒店在旅遊景點旁景色優美，周邊配套也很齊全，還有接送站服務，我提前了10分鐘退房司機早早就等待客人出發，下次還會入住。

在希爾頓和雲和之間選擇了雲和，帶孩子出遊最關注的就是衞生，房間衞生非常棒，空間也很大，前台很熱情，還有歡迎水果，贈送了兩份小童早飯，非常感謝，房間位置就能看到風情街很漂亮，再有機會來紹興還住這家

整體可以，給升級房型，但細節還應該更加強一些，如，淋浴間的下水太差，水漫了到處都是，還好冬天不用頻繁洗浴，所以也就沒和店家再battle了，早餐8:30左右人最多，有時沒有座位，説是晚上有甜品但一直沒有給到房間。
