บริการดี พนักงานน่ารัก

พรมไม่ได้ซักมานานแล้ว กลายเป็นสีดำ มีคราบสกปรกเกาะอยู่ที่ก้นถ้วยสำหรับบ้วนปาก ผ้าเช็ดตัวเปียก ไม่รู้ว่ายังไม่ได้ซักหรือเปล่า ไม่รู้ว่าเสียงอะไรข้างล่างตอนเช้าดังมาก!

เรื่องสุขอนามัยผมจะไม่พูดอะไรมาก ลองดูรูปภาพดีกว่า...

สะอาด ถูกหลักอนามัย เงียบสงบ สบาย มีระบบน้ำหอม เจลอาบน้ำและแชมพูมีประโยชน์มาก ผลิตภัณฑ์ของ Jinjiang Inn จาก Plateno Group มีบริการอาหารเช้าดีมาก

ห้องพักใหญ่และสะอาดมาก มีอาหารเช้า Chaoshan แท้ๆ อยู่ชั้นล่าง ราคาไม่แพง และรสชาติดี ที่จอดรถสะดวก

ถึงแม้จะได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ในปี 2023 แต่ห้องพักก็เก่ามากและเล็กมาก เสียงดังนิดหน่อยใกล้ถนน ความสะอาดไม่ค่อยดี มีเส้นผมในห้องน้ำและบนผ้าห่ม ไฟในห้องเปิดสองครั้งกลางดึก ส่งผลกระทบต่อการพักผ่อนของฉันมาก!

Amazing hotel. Rooms are clean. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The toilet is clean and has music. The room even has an air purifier. Overall it’s very value for money.

The customer service is bad, they are not able to meet the good service standards, advised to have re-training to ensure you perform your professionalism as the Position of Customer Service.

The rooms has incorporated some modern activities i.e. sound systems, and robot delivery. The general cleanliness of the hotel is good, however, needs updating. Often seeing insects crawling into/out of the dirty carpet. Need more staff for cleaning i guess? We had returned to our room around 9PM one night and there was a big bag of garbage at the elevator, the next morning at 9AM still sitting there. The location is not too far if you have a car to drive to and from places. Took us quite a long time (20mins) to get a Didi Taxi in the morning from hotel to the Shantau train station. Took us around 20-30mins drive to city center/tourist area. Nothing much nearby.
