Great place for a getaway with a pool, amazing rooms, nice gym, good breakfast and dinners buffet and attentive staff. It was a pleasure to stay a weekend here and definitely coming back.

Good service, a place to forget about life and enjoy a good life weekend.

The staff is unable to communicate in English language. The outdoors pool close at 7pm. The menu of the western restaurant is poor.

The Hilton Fengxiang Shanghai emerges as a breathtaking oasis, gracefully nestled within a picturesque countryside adorned with lakes and bridges, crafting a nearly magical ambiance. The hotel's architecture is inviting, boasting a sparkling cleanliness that extends from its wide entrance to the expansive and supremely comfortable rooms. However, it primarily caters to a Chinese clientele, evidenced by the significant language barrier as almost none of the staff speak English. This aspect may challenge guests hoping to explore the surroundings, given the hotel's seclusion and the necessity to commute by taxi to the nearest town or further to central Shanghai, the train station, and the airport. The dining experience, while offering a rich and fresh breakfast tailored more towards local tastes, reveals operational surprises during dinner times at its three restaurants, where the staff often seem unprepared for guests, resulting in lengthy waits for meals. Despite these hiccups, the food quality remains high throughout the stay. The hotel's serene environment, often quiet during the week, provides an ideal setting for relaxation, mindfulness, and sensory enjoyment. Yet, the atmosphere shifts dramatically during events like weekend seminars when the hotel fills to capacity. For visitors engaged with the nearby industrial zone, the Hilton Fengxiang Shanghai offers an excellent retreat for evening relaxation and morning meetings. Nevertheless, Western tourists seeking a vacation spot may find the hotel less accommodating unless they speak Chinese or have a specific reason for their stay, prompting them to reconsider their choice.

The hotel is great, if it’s not busy. We went when it was busy and unfortunately the guests in the hotel ruined the experience.

The hotel and room structure is quite good, the only bad point is that the outside pool was closed (apparently is not exactly part of the hotel the outside part, like a concession).

Great view and service for us to celebrate the new year. Whole family members enjoyed the last day of 2022 and the first day of 2023 well. The service of front desk staffs were awesome also

定了個行政套房，110平方 包含二大一小早餐，下午茶還有晚上的簡餐。不講究晚餐的話是可以吃飽的，主食、甜品、菜品、色拉、水果、甜品、飲料還有酒水都是暢喝暢吃二小時的。整體價格還是挺划算的，泡在酒店一天，划槳、卡丁車、桌球是有償的，乒乓球、海洋球、游泳是免費的。總前台linlin服務也很好，我先生生日送蛋糕還有佈置房間。孩子玩的很愉快説下次還要來。 我覺得欠缺需要改的就是衞生間洗漱台的水龍頭，這個長度太短了，不方便不洗東西，洗手也要靠着台盆邊，不合理。 客房服務很好，要求送記憶枕、小童用品都送上了。卧室有個沙發床拉出來給孩子睡，讓客服鋪床單和給孩子的被子都服務很好😬

中秋節過生日和家人來酒店度個小長假，主打小朋友游泳，大人休息吃吃喝喝， 正好開學季，酒店客人不多，泳池寬敞夠大，室內室外把小朋友遊得精疲力盡， 酒店caitlyn小姐姐提前聯繫我們，得知過生日馬上安排送蛋糕，送水果，入住的時候在前台等我們，前台小哥哥小姐姐還送我們希爾頓的月餅禮盒，祝我們生日愉快😀， 還安排送冰桶，caitlyn小姐姐還親自手寫生日賀卡，送蛋糕水果到房間，多次詢問有什麼需要，微信聯繫迴應特別快， 酒店房間超大，50平米帶觀景陽台，面朝湖景和泳池，海闊天空，太陽初升和日暮餘暉一眼風景，度過了非常舒適，性價比超高的一次郊區小長假。 退房時的入住按金也付款寶秒退，非常順利，感謝酒店Caitlyn小姐姐的熱情接待和貼心安排，前台小哥哥小姐姐們的周到迅速服務，管家阿姨的周到服務，下次還來住！

房間佈局合理，燈光温馨，床品柔軟舒服，適合睡個好覺，哈哈哈。MiniBar，不錯👍。早餐有先做餈飯糰，屬實貼心，必須贊一個👍。Special 表揚 Molly，提供了管家式的細緻周到服務，辛苦啦，下次見👍

趁着直播特價買的房間，看了網上的評價，覺得還不錯，就預約到店了，candy安排很到位，把我的需求清楚的記錄在了系統中。幫我辦入住的是blake，小哥挺細緻的，知道我有中秋送禮需求，幫我推薦了月餅禮盒，還主動幫我送了行李，兩位工作人員服務熱情到位，點贊，酒店坐落於生態園中，環境自然是沒的説，與自然融為一體。中餐廳菜品精緻美味，客房乾淨整潔，是週末度假，去去班味的好去處。推薦五顆星

趕着夏天的尾巴帶寶寶去玩水，酒店有一個室外泳池和室內泳池。室外泳池水很淺，很適合小寶，8月最後一天人還是很多。 酒店適合小朋友玩耍，有萌寵餵食、小沙灘挖沙、卡丁車、滑滑梯、小火車，餵魚，都是小寶摯愛。 餐飲：有一個自己的中餐廳，我們帶着小寶三頓都在這裏解決。味道一般，還有服務費（但沒有服務），人少寬敞。 衞生：房間衞生一般，來之前刷到點評床上有蜘蛛，碰巧的是居然我鋪床的時候也發現了蜘蛛，找了客房服務抓走了蜘蛛沒有其他服務。 服務：感謝hope的熱情服務，全程都與她對接，有問題及時解決，有需求及時響應，很滿意。

開學前的週末 房費900不到 但是親子所有的產品都收費 萌寵樂園按人頭收費 大人陪孩子也要收費 38一位門票送一根胡蘿蔔10分鐘吃完 再買胡蘿蔔20元一根 卡丁車説是活動98一位 沒幾分鐘 不活動説是168一位 皮划艇150半小時 多一分鐘 就按分鐘收費 自行車75半小時 超出來按分鐘收費 室外游泳池 有出租水槍的 玩了半個多小時90 超出時間按分鐘收費 兩大兩小吃個晚餐五百多 還是**夠的卷 衹能管飽 室內泳池水很涼 感覺不是恆温 酒店內走起來有點繞 訂的雙床房 還算寬敞 最坑的就是親子所有的項目 按這個價格 相當於入住兩三千一晚的酒店了 我還跑這麼偏僻 圖什麼呢

特地抓住暑假尾巴帶孩子來一下泡池房，每年都要來住一次，今年體驗特別好，酒店管家Molly很貼心，提前為我們準備了歡迎水果，還幫我們延遲退房。泡池一如既往的舒服，小朋友玩得很開心。酒店套餐還包含了萌寵樂園的門票，動物很多。晚上的酒店很安靜，早上起晚了也不用擔心，早餐十一點才結束。總體很滿意，適合度假。
