Amazing space, great service, clean, out of the ordinary, in the heart of Jing’an district, old Shanghai at its best.

Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful (though they did not speak English too well). I booked a 'Boutique Smart Room' and was originally given a more basic room (without a desk) but staff changed my room pretty quickly. The location is generally good with plenty of restaurants and shops on the same street and a couple of malls within a few blocks. It is a bit of a distance from metro stations. The gym isn't free, but there's a gym across the street (in the listings photos) that's less than $1 an hour (it was also closed for half my stay). There are also a lot of workout/sports facilities across the street (basketball courts, table tennis, archery, etc.).

Love this hotel and it is my go-to place if staying in Shanghai - The Jing'an district the hotel is located in is lovely, with all the facilities around you that are required - Restaurants, Coffee shops, shopping etc, all located either on your doorstep, or just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are really very helpful and understanding, which makes the stay even more enjoyable, and although the hotel does not serve breakfast, this does not matter, as right across the street is the best coffee shop, which is called Marmalade - I highly recommend it 👍 My room for this stay was on the 3rd floor - Nice comfortable bed, and projector and screen for the big viewing experience, and another nice touch about this hotel is that it has movies in English - Brilliant! The room was cozy, well kept and very clean, although the maintenance \ repair carried out in the shower was quite poor, with sealant showing and the metal drain cap just left laying open and upside down in the shower when I arrived. Great hotel, with great staff, and I highly recommend it 👍

This place is in a great location and is quite clean and comfortable. The room was small and didn’t have a window but it was nicely decorated and would be great for solo or young travelers who want to stay in a cute place for not too much money.

The front desk helped me to receive some packages I have to mail them there. They helped me to collect them and when I arrive the package is already waiting for me to be picked up. Very thoughtful and clean.

The hotel was renovated in 2023, with new facilities, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, spacious for three people, clean and hygienic, in the old town, the coffee shop is just opposite, the front desk lady is enthusiastic, patient, cute, and the handsome guy helps to carry the car

The location of the hotel is really good, about 6-7 minutes walk from the subway, and there are many big-name shopping malls around, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. I want to emphasize that the service is really good, and they will send some snacks and fruits from time to time, and any needs will be solved in the first time. The hotel is also very new, and the facilities inside are also good.

It is very convenient to get to the US visa center. The room is also quiet in a busy area, which is great. It is very close to Shanghai Station, just a few kilometers by taxi. It is also convenient to go to other places by subway.

I took my son to stroll around Shanghai on the weekend. The hotel is in a good location and convenient to go everywhere. Although it is small, it has everything. It is a tatami room and the children like it very much.

The room was very clean, and the manager sent us fruits. They were very enthusiastic and responsive. There were cute cats on the first floor, which my daughter liked very much. The hotel did not have parking spaces, so I parked my car at the Golden Eagle, which cost 15 yuan per hour. I parked for 18 hours and was charged 120 yuan. I guess the maximum is 120 yuan. It takes less than ten minutes to walk from the Golden Eagle underground parking lot to the hotel.
