Customer service was excellent, staff were friendly and responsive. Well-equipped for extended stays: washing machine, microwave, fridge, and other basics. Very reasonably priced.
It's quite far from downtown (around 1 hour 20 minutes by bus/taxi to metro + two subway lines), so not ideal for easy city access.
Quiet neighborhood overall, but walls are thin, you can hear furniture moving in the adjoining apartments, especially during cleaning times.
They advertise daily cleaning, but it's minimal: towels get replaced, plus napkins, water, and slippers if needed no thorough cleaning and bed sheets aren't changed during the stay.
Major issue: roaches. Saw about 10 during my stay, including a baby one on the bed. Serious pest control is badly needed.
Good for budget self-catering homestay if you're okay with the commute, basic housekeeping, and can overlook the pests.
