It was overall fine stay here even though management is poor in this hotel Visiting karachi for some work and attend event. Service needs to be approved from top management

The internet was not working properly and could not access youtube for music due to no connectivity with the internet. Additionally, the fridge kept making noise throughout the night. The room was overall clean and good condition and was a comfortable stay.

Terrible experience with payment coordination. I booked and paid for my stay in full through Trip.com, but upon arrival, the hotel insisted they had not received payment. They repeatedly threatened to cancel my booking unless I paid a second time on-site, despite me providing proof that the funds had already left my bank account. I spent a significant amount of time and energy acting as a middleman between Trip.com and the hotel staff to resolve their internal billing issues. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours of my holiday. Extremely poor service.

Very nice but price was a bit expensive the rest I enjoyed it staying at this place ❤️

Total unsatisfactory. TV not working, room service food spoiled, bathroom sink drainage blocked, breakfast buffet is pathetic.. no of the food had any taste…. Over all very bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.

I've been to this hotel many times, but if i can I prefer to avoid it. Though super convenient for airport, the facility is old, the food is terrible and breakfast is so so and messy. If they renovated the place and improved the services it would be a great place

in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, sauber, TV mit Movie-channel, Wifi ok, Kühlschrank, sauber, eine abgetrennte Ecke in Außenrestaurant, wo es alk. Getränke gibt, Essen auch ok; Pool ist auch da, aber total überfüllt 😐, das Hotel ist nahe am Airport mit Shuttle-Service foc gerne wieder
