ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้จริงๆ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก และการเข้าพักก็สะดวกสบายและน่าพึงพอใจ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดมาก มีบริการรับฝากสัมภาระเช่นเดียวกับโรงแรม โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีใกล้กับดิสนีย์แลนด์ซึ่งสะดวกมากในการเดินทางไปยังสวนสนุก อาหารเช้าที่เสิร์ฟก็อร่อยเช่นกัน!!! นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริการรถรับส่งฟรีด้วย!

พรมสกปรกมาก สุขอนามัยของห้องต้องปรับปรุง ไม่มีน้ำดื่มบรรจุขวด ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะ ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดห้อง และไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ดีอย่างเดียวคือมีรถรับส่งไปดิสนีย์ .

ที่ตั้งดีมาก โรงแรมทรุดโทรมลงในช่วงไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา เราเคยไปพักที่นั่นเมื่อประมาณ 5 ปีที่แล้ว และตอนนั้นก็ไม่ได้แย่เท่าไหร่ ห้องน้ำควรปรับปรุงใหม่ ระบบระบายน้ำแย่มาก พรมในห้องและทางเดินก็แย่มากและสกปรก วอลเปเปอร์หลุดออกจากผนังทางเดิน ทำให้โรงแรมดูทรุดโทรม นอกจากที่ตั้งแล้ว โรงแรมแห่งนี้ก็ไม่มีอะไรเหมือนเดิมเลย ค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวัง

สถานที่แห่งนี้ให้บริการรถรับส่งฟรีไปยังดิสนีย์แลนด์ แต่โปรดมาถึงก่อนเวลาเพื่อใช้บริการรถรับส่ง รถรับส่งจะกลับโรงแรมจากดิสนีย์แลนด์เช่นกัน ดังนั้นการเดินทางไปมาจึงสะดวก เราพักที่หันหน้าไปทางทะเลสาบ จึงมีเป็ดอยู่ที่นั่นในตอนเช้าและตอนเย็น ดังนั้น หากคุณพักที่นั่น โปรดมองหาเป็ด (และฟังเสียงร้องของเป็ด)

1. Spider net at corner. 2. The bed lamp is not working. 3. The hairdryer is as old as my grandma. I need to press and stop every second to dry my hair, else it is suspend for a min to cool down. 4. You can never reach the reception through the phone at your room. They never pick up the phone. It’s serious when it is in emergency. 5. I didn’t expect any service from a self- served hotel. But, I am unpleasant when the day of snow, I came from shopping and my shopping bag was broken by the snowy weather. While I was carrying four shopping bags with grocery and my kids is just 7, I asked the concierge to help disposing my broken shopping bag. However, the three of them asked me to go somewhere to dispose. Later, I guess the one who is a manager or in-charge (a lady) who came to me and led my way to parking areas for disposal. She tapped four times and can’t be able to access to the disposal area. I wandered why they are like that. I was holding my kid and 4 heavy bags and they still refused to offer a helping hand to me. This is unacceptable. 6.Besides, the room is not as big as it described as 22m. It was smaller than the room (18m) I booked in Paris down town. So, don’t expect too much for this hotel.

I love this hotel so much. everything is nice and also the staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2 minutes walk to Shopping and 10 minutes to Disneyland.

The hotel is in a great location for Disneyland Paris, only 12/13 minutes walking. The room has the potential to be great, but poor levels of cleanliness and damage make it less attractive. The security latch on the door was gone, tap missing the handle, and the plug socket next to the bed was broken. If these things were rectified and the general level of cleanliness was improved (no hairs on the floor and walls, for example) this would be an easy place to recommend.

Loved this hotel from the Halloween decorations in the reception area all decorated for Halloween , friendly staff and a very clean look throughout the hotel , my room was amazing as was like a mini apartment with fridge , microwave , cooker and even a dishwasher , I also had a balcony so in the summer it would be amazing to sit outside ,the room was very clean and the pillows probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a bed The main reason I booked this as it was close to Disneyland and each day I walked there and it was literally 3 roads and your in Disney and was so so easy and saved the stress and worry of buses or taxis If I ever go back to Disneyland Paris again this hotel is first on my list , if it was the middle of summer they have a pool They have a few handy areas for drink and food if you need anything and just round the corner is a big food court and shops so really it’s perfect One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in , I felt very warm and comfortable there for the 4 nights I stayed

Hotel was neat n amenities were ample. Free shuttle to/fro Disneyland n very close Outlet Mall. Pls note there isnt daily housekeeping service. All staff were great especially Rokhaya. Will consider staying again.

a lack of sincerity in how the issue was handled The hotel’s location was convenient in terms of proximity to Disneyland Paris and the outlet mall; however, access from the nearest station was quite far. While it was positive that a shuttle bus to Disneyland was provided, unfortunately the return shuttle did not arrive as scheduled. Overall, the hotel was generally clean, but there were several issues with the facilities. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the dishwasher, the hot water quickly turned cold which made showering difficult, and the hair dryer repeatedly stopped working, making it impossible to dry my hair properly. In addition to these issues, there were serious problems such as our stored luggage being moved by a third party without our knowledge and the shuttle bus from Disneyland not arriving. As a result, it cannot be described as a comfortable stay. While the front desk staff responded sincerely at the time of each issue, resolution required involvement from a manager. We were told to wait for further contact, but no response has been received to date. Overall, this stay left me with a sense of distrust toward the hotel.
