Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed your stay. The buffets were top tier and the activities that the hotel offers are really well organized and the drivers are friendly and really knowledgeable about where to find most of the animals. Really recommend!

酒店位置在馬拉三角洲，但是十月份這邊動物其實沒有大遷徙的時候多。還是Ashnil那邊位置更好。如果是平季價格可以住，旺季價格就算了

Our stay at this safari lodge was nothing short of incredible - from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality! The lodge itself was stunning, beautifully set in the heart of nature, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it so easy to switch off. A special shoutout to Edwin, Dominic, and George, who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. This wasn’t just a place to stay, it was an experience. We left with incredible memories and a strong desire to come back one day. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free place to stay

The location is atop a hill far away from the other hotels with a stunning view of the expanse of the Mara, with a traditional and relaxing feel. The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need to catch a break and rest between game drives and meals. The Serena also has great activities to enable you to unwind on your holiday such as a pool, sauna, an activities club for kids and a daily night show with traditional dances, acrobats and dancers. The food is also incredible, my personal favourite being the breakfast that fuels you for your morning excursions. Finally and most importantly the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Honeestly my personal best service experience in Kenya, and a special shout out to Mr Wilson for his hospitality and facilitation of a great trip for me and my family. In my opinion, the best option within its price range at the Mara.

Serene and rich with culture! Everyone provided service with a smile - not something to expect in most service oriented establishments! I will recommend to everyone I know that is interested in Safari experience. Not to mention the location! A very pleasant experience all around! 🤗❤️

We had a truly wonderful stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge, right inside the beautiful Mara Triangle. The location is unbeatable — surrounded by nature with stunning views of the plains and wildlife all around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed to blend into the natural setting. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of variety. A special thank you to Edwin, who served us so kindly at the restaurant. He was attentive, friendly, and great with our kids, ensuring they enjoyed their meals from the excellent kids’ menu. The staff, service, and atmosphere made our stay absolutely unforgettable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Masai Mara!

We recently visited Mara Serena Safari Lodge with our school group, and the experience was truly memorable. The lodge hosted us with great warmth and professionalism, ensuring that both staff and learners felt comfortable and well taken care of. The learners enjoyed every moment of their stay — from the breathtaking surroundings to the engaging activities. The rooms were outstanding: spacious, clean, and beautifully designed to blend comfort with the safari atmosphere. One area that could be improved is the swimming pool facilities. While the current pool is enjoyable, adding one that caters specifically to younger children would make the lodge even more family-friendly and inclusive. Overall, Mara Serena Safari Lodge provided us with an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning. Highly recommended for schools, families, and anyone seeking a memorable safari adventure in the Maasai Mara.
