We love Qunci Villa ! The staff are super welcoming, the food at both restaurants are tasty. We enjoyed a lot for our honeymoon stay at Qunci Villa. We appreciate every art piece and every corner of the resort. Will definitely come back again next time!

This hotel claims that there a 5 star but I'll give them 7 star anyday we had an unbelievable time the rooms the service the pools the restaurant everything is fantastic

Lovely resort with beautiful beaches and pool.
They have many units in this resort. Might not be your thing if you do not like it to be too crowded during your stay.
There are two pools though with a two big restaurants and a pretty long beach.

Pretty hard to get to Lombok (by ferry, 2 hours from Bali and quite uncomfortable), then another 30min of drive from the port. But once you get to the hotel, you just don't want to leave. Exceptional service, good taste and design everywhere. The price is reasonable too. So we stayed 2 more nights. We do massages literally every day. A little bit on the pricy side but worth every penny.
Only down point is the food. Maybe okay food for westerners but I would love to see more authentic flavours. Personally I think food is overpriced. So we had to drive around 20 min to get to some local beach restaurant to enjoy local meals.
Another point to note is that you can only pay cash in dollar, by card you have to pay in IDR, which is okay, however I noticed the exchange rate is really bad. Good point is there's no extra credit card charge.
Overall, I would love to stay one month here some time in the future.

Great hotel and service. Breakfast was amazing. The setting and landscape of the hotel were outstanding. Staffs were friendly and helpful and always served us with a great smile. Fully recommended hotel.

Villa is big. The staff were awesome and accommodating, especially the buttlers serving us in the Villa. We had a wonderful time.
We were in a 2 bedroom Villa. Would consider the 3 bedroom Villa in future.

We stayed here 15th-22nd July 2023
Although the hotel is located on a beach, it's not really a swimming beach, as there are a lot of rocks, visible at low tide, although surfing lessons were being conducted during the day.
The breakfasts were a little disappointing, not due to quality but to it being menu choice only - we missed the usual Bali, Thailand buffet, with plenty of fresh fruit.
The pool area is excellent and the spa was very good.
The room and bathroom amenities were good, apart from the ever-present Nescafé coffee sachets.
However, the BEST PART about the hotel was the staff! Professional and GENUINELY friendly - think Bali 30 years ago. Oh! And no one tried to rip us off!
We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the hotel for couples, although based on our observations, probably not the best place for families.
