Amazing stay at Chan Living! Very clean and very friendly staff, thanks to the owner Liang for helping me book my tours and for the amazing hospitality. Loved the pool and gardens and very easy to get into town with their free shuttle bus and also grab. Better to stay here than in Semporna near the jetty, much cleaner and peaceful. Loved my stay cannot fault this place!! Thanks again!

It was perfect, 2 pools, great vibe, very helpful owner. Highly recommended, especially if you don't want to stay in a city center (which is not that nice)

Strategic location and peaceful environment. The room is very clean. My kid love playing in the swimming pool.

The service at this property is unmatched. The receptionist welcomed us with a big smile and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had a good stay. Liang the owner was there for us to help us with some issues that came up outside of the hotel, and was always checking on us to make sure we had all the info. He helped us book our tours and helped with recommendations for food and places to see. The property is well taken care of and the rooms are comfortable, it’s like an oasis in the middle of Semporna. Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends. Thanks Chan Living!!

We stayed in new rooms at the back of the resort which were very nice and practically new. There real downside of the new rooms is that the new pool in that area has no filtered water entering so the water is stagnant and a green colour - to be avoided. The water in the older pool at the front of the complex looked fine although there was no filter that was apparent to our eyes. The complex is slightly out of town but that was a positive in our view as Semporna Italy was not very appealing. A major plus was the on-site laundry which guests can use. The resort is slightly outof town but that was a positive in our view as downtown is not particularly attractive.

Cozy place with warmth hospitality from the owner and staff. The host will share information and tips to buy seafood from the market. The kitchen service on helping to cook seafood dinner at reasonable price is great! It makes our day so much easier after a day out at the ocean. The shuttle service to and back from jetty everyday is great too! Although the room is slightly run down, but it has what we need and they are attentive to our needs ie: aircond service immediately 👍 It is walking distance to supermarket, very convenient.

The hotel is far from the town which is good for those who come on vacation with their families. Parking is easy, the staff are all nice, the breakfast is delicious, the view from every corner is beautiful. Overall, the most important thing is that this hotel is child friendly.

Staff very friendly and helpful

The room was very spacious, love it! It was very clean too! Very homey! The owners & staff were very friendly, helped us get to Semporna fast & fuss free! Even arranged a pickup for us from airport to their stay for RM180. Very worth it, will go again!!! But hope they enforce a rule to have guests lower their volume after 10pm or 11pm, our place of stay was beside a dining hall & the guests were speaking & laughing very loudly after 10pm...

Nice environment. It's easy to find the place. Got a lot of parking spaces. The room was big & clean.

Clean, good facilities and decent breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and the garden area looks beautiful.

The place was very nice n lovely..very suits to stay with families definately will come again to make fmly gathering..the staff n owner its very helpfull n nice..from my famly we give 5 stars rating for this place.
