Hotel location is good in town Centre. Surrounded by many fast food restaurants. Room is clean and new.

Over rated. Toilet fixtures need fixing. Sticky carpet, need room shoes. Pest control needed. Good view.

Near to small town area of Segamat and eatery are within walking distance. Convenient to reach hotel from carpark. For such a price it is good enough cleanliness and amenities.

The View Hotel Segamat offers a comfortable stay right in the heart of town. The location is very convenient, with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, great value for money and a pleasant stay.

Floor is clean, shower water is hot and heavy flow, air cond is cold and location is super convenient.

The toilet water heater is not as hot during use. And the cleaner that doing their daily chores in the early morning really interrupt our sleep. Whereby the door closing shut is so loud and then banging on wall and etc.

Booked for a business trip. Excellent if you're on a budget. The room was not thoroughly cleaned but still okay, just with some strings of hair lying here and there. The location is superb. Parking is available on spot. Overall, nice experience.

The building is an old one, centrally located in Segamat Town (lots of shops, super market around). There is complimentary parking available in the basement that has a lift to the lobby. Despite the old building, the rooms have been refurbished. We booked a deluxe room with a window view. The room is very compact but decently comfortable. Clean, amenities all there. What could be worked within mgt control is 1. The cigarette smell in the bathroom (for a non-smoking room was not ideal). 2. Water pressure (hot water was ample but the shower pressure was just not there) Otherwise, the stay was good and staff were friendly. Thank you, and looking forward to our next stay.

Good condition hotel. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurant. Fancy of restaurants nearby the hotel.

I stayed at The View Hotel for two nights each time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great — close to restaurants and shops. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price.
