I was very unhappy to have to pay $65 for parking for one night when I have already paid for the hotel room.

The food was awesome, the food was good, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Well located in downtown Seattle, with Pike Place Market and the Amazon Spheres within walking distance. The staff are professional, though the overall atmosphere feels quite business-oriented—perhaps more suited for business travelers. The amenities are slightly dated; features like centralized lighting control would be a welcome improvement, as having to operate each light individually can be inconvenient.

Wonderful hotel. The only sadness being that I was only there for one night and arrived late at night. Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I ate at the downstairs bar which has a fairly limited menu but was quite good pizza. Overall, it was very good value for the price and would definitely stay again.

Hotel itself was Clean and new. Just be careful where you park your car.  Hotel parking garage was full. We ended up parking at a public parking across the street and our car’s catalytic converter got stolen.

Always my top pick when travelling to Seattle. Room is clean and location is convenient. The kids especially like the pizza vendering machine locating near the parkade elevator waiting area.

Just staying for a nite for Cruise next day. Easy to check-in & check-out. Nearby Seattle Pike Place Market.

The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with a convenient location and front desk staff who are both professional and friendly. The surrounding area feels very safe and pleasant, and transportation access is excellent. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

No housekeeping in 2 days. Upon checkout I complained this, but no reaction and no suggestion of compensation! Just sorry about this! I don't know this from hyatt. Disappointing.

Excellent location, very clean rooms, and smooth check-in process. Everything went as expected and I’d definitely stay here again.
