One of the biggest room I have ever stay as a solo traveller! The room is quite spacious with a couch and desk in addition to the basics. The bathroom was really big too! The Gym was well equipped with different machines. Would recommend.

Big room with excellent bedding and modern design for both business and leisure travelers. Excellent location for tourists and shopping and dining. Courteous staff are efficient and friendly in providing best quality service.

One of best hotels in Seattle with kind staff. Definitely I will stay again when I visit Seattle.

Positives Loved how clean and modern the hotel is!! Really gave excellent vibes as you step in. The room was SPARKLING CLEAN. Every corner. Much appreciated. The hotel gave four bottles of water daily.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The tourist fee gave lots of benefits such as the $15 daily credit which was much appreciated. The area the hotel was in felt largely safe in its vicinity. There were lists of info given. Negatives I arrived on thanksgiving and asked front desk if there were any available food offerings near the hotel and got non-answers…. I walked around everywhere only to realise most shops were shut. I felt that front desk could be more helpful. Was locked out of the room when the battery for the door died. I had to go up and down and request for front desk to accompany me up to ensure the door could be quickly fixed. Felt likee there could be more initiative from front desk esp in situations like these which I know isn’t their fault, more of a property issue. But a little initiative goes a long way. The blanket was really thin and didn’t feel like a proper bedding. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was able to accommodate my request in front. Perfect location, walkable distance to some attractions including the Pike market and many restaurants. We had nice overall experience. Recommend it.

The check out is badly managed

location is great, walking distance to downtown stores, room is clean and comfy with big TV.

Location and comfort was the main attribute of this hotel, however the dining options all closed by 11pm and with a late flight in made it difficult. The staff also refused to assist with taking up ordered take out after 11pm and we had to leave our hotel to pick up the delivery. They said they were understaffed.

Great stay, clean and comfortable. Great location and good service.

Modern hotel with stunning views. I liked the restaurant, the food was great. Pity there is no pool.
