การออกแบบที่ยั่งยืนสมัยใหม่ในบอลลาร์ด

非常好，除了鄰居每天早晨5:00出門會有點噪音，其他都很好。

Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.

Good communication with Vince, we had a few issues he resolved quickly.

It was a great place to stay! Five of us stayed here and it went really well. It definitely needed at least one more wash rag, some more silverware and mugs for eating and drinking. Great communication though and we loved the area. Overall, a great experience!

Overall pretty decent for the price. I liked the neighborhood, check in was easy, the place had good amenities,

Cute townhouse that was on a quiet street. Parking wasn't as bad as we had expected so that was a definite plus. The place was clean with an easy check out process. Some place want you to do a bunch of things prior to check out, but there requests we totally reasonable. I would stay here again.

Would stay again Very nice 3 story residence. Nice deep bath tub downstairs and shower upstairs. It was perfect for us.

Nice neighborhood, good communication with the owner.

Great location quiet area
