Didn't realize there was no service to room. Cleaning, change of towels or anything.
Room not ready by check-in.
No in room amenities, such as coffee, etc.

You can hear between the walls. You can hear every step from upstairs neighbors. I got there at midnight and the check-in process was a nightmare and check out as well. The parking was a headache. Felt like I was always trying to fix a problem.

Great apartment. Much better than staying in a hotel. It is quiet. Well furnished. All employees are very nice and helpful. Can't wait to visit Sentral in another city.

This is the absolute best option for staying in Scottsdale! It is safe, beautiful, and has a very luxurious atmosphere. Parking cost extra, but the pool, gym, and open flex spaces with games and a pool table make up for it!

Shower are had mildew,stains on rug and sofa. The elevator was out of service. Left key fob on front desk after waiting. Charged me twice for 1 night stay. Unfortunately I do not recommend staying here.

The Sentral Old Town is the best spot to stay in Scottsdale. Full kitchen, laundry, gym, workspace, pool - great amenities and central location. Can't wait to be back!

This place is really very nice. Parking was difficult and not included. You need to download an app ahead of your visit. Again not easy. Only 1 key and fob. We could have used 2 or 3 keys. This is a totally person free interaction. If you want a person to help pick a different spot.
The appartment was super clean and very comfortable.

Second time staying at this property this year. First time it was great, the second time there were issues related to the unit not being cleaned properly. This particular unit was not clean and the carpets are stained as well. I do like the amenities this building has to offer but it's starting to feel a bit run down in some or the units. Also they moved to a different platform for parking during my stay without communicating this upcoming change during checkin. I found this out when I could not enter the garage one evening with the original parking pass.
I don't think I will be staying a third time.
