Family friendly hotel. My baby enjoyed the pool though the weather was 20 degrees. I asked the trash can to be cleaned but in the end the cleaning service only came to clean one trash can. If I didn‘t asked the cleaning service would not even clean the room.

The reception was superb. I had a DHL pickup for a bulky and fragile item bought in the city centre. They made sure the package was picked up smoothly and confirmed the pickup by email.

Schiedam is a great little town outside of rotterdam, with beautiful canals

When we arrived there somethingbqas wring woth the booking , and had to book again, also there were like a football team of 50 people walking worh our shirts and also rhey put out all sweaty clothes.. smell qas terrible.. sadly to say it was below parr

Terrible experience at Novotel Rotterdam Schiedam Loud construction noise made it impossible to relax, and the hotel never informed me in advance. When I complained, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. Poor communication and unprofessional service ruined my stay.  Avoid this place or ask situation before your stay.

Breakfast need to improve the food and freshness.

Was noise at night

Good location close to rotterdam, psrking in the hotel
