"Ertu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast. Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room. I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head."

"Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there."

"The aircon is not working. I asked them couples time to come and fix it but it didn't work. They said leave it for 5 mins then it will work but it is not on. Not sure what was going on. I also asked if someone going to come to fix it later. They told me they could not find engineer at this time. So the answer is I don't know. Luckily it wasn't a summer so I get by in the night. In the day you need to open your window to get some air. The room was ok a bit smaller than I thought. I almost could not open my luggage on the floor."

"酒店房間非常寬敞，陽台視野絕佳，整體衞生很乾凈，住起來十分舒適。酒店沙灘很美，整體環境很舒適，很適合來度假。早上可以躺在床上看日出，就是日出方向不是在海面，在山上。"

"Otel çalışanlarının ilgisi ve özeni müthişti. Döneme göre nispeten yoğun olmasına rağmen herkesle tek tek ilgilenen bir ekip var, neye ihtiyacınız olursa hemen temin ediliyor. Çok memnun kaldık, bir dahaki tatillerimizde de hiç düşünmeden rezervasyon yapacağımız bir otel. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Ayrıca çıkış yaparkenki jesti Melisa Hanım’a inceliği için teşekkür ediyoruz 😊"
