"The worst hotel experience that I had so far. The first time we tried was narra pool vila, overall it was good. So this time we tried out pamela glass vila with a garden. 1. We chose king size bed, it turned out that the hotel uses two single bed to combine, and one mattress is high, the other one is low, and in the middle of the bed you can feel the hard wood bed frame on your back and one higher mattress and one lower mattress. I was so pissed whole night as it was super uncomfortable. (Hotel didnot even notice us that the king size bed is made of two small single beds) 2. Bed buds. Me and my husband were bitten hardly for both legs and arms. We cannot believe it, the room charged so much and cannot even guarantee the cleanliness. 3. It was raining at night, and while taking shower, the rain kept dripping into the shower room. It was so cold so we eventually had to put an umbrella to cover a bit the rain. 4. Overall, this is an experience of spending money to buy uncomfortableness."

"The place is still on point because it is accessible to malls, churches and even restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was their service. When I enter for the very first time, there are staff who will greet you warmly. It is my second time here but this time with my family. If I can remember correctly, there are 3 or 4 staff at the lobby that day. No one opens the door for us. I have a companion who is a senior citizen. We are 7 in total and carrying out bags. They didn’t offer the trolley if we needed it. But I shrugged it off. We stayed overnight here because we have a relative came from Laguna and we just wanted to checked in. There were no bath towels and the bottled water. I asked very politely for those 2 things. I even told the receptionist they can leave it there at our rooms since have some golfing and bowling to do. But to my surprise when we returned to the hotel, I checked my request was not delivered. I called for the second time and asked for it. Still not yet given. When I checked the time, it was 2300hrs no bath towels and even bottled water. I called again for the third time and the receptionist asked “what is it again Mam that you want?” It’s like all this time you didn’t know what I requested. Then I hung up the phone. I might not come back here again if their service will continue like this and definitely not gonna recommend Solano to my relatives and friends if their service will go on like that."

"Pros: - The resort was easy to locate. - The staff were very helpful. - The ambiance was so still. - Food were great! ( Sisig was the best) - Pool were very spacious since a few people were only swimming. Cons: - The kiddie pool was full of fallen leaves. - The mosquitoes were everywhere specially on the public CR. Better bring anti mosquito lotion for this. - There were no soap dish or holder in the bathroom. It was a discomfort to put the soap and shampoo on the sink, moving back and forth to bathe just to use both. Overall we had a great time. Didnt take a pic, we enjoyed the time we spent here. Thanks"
