"This hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you."
"Good staff especially guide sandeep was very good at his work and very nice. Food was good but costly. We enjoyed a lot. A c was small for big room and was cooling slow. View from balcony was very good. Manager upgraded our room"
"Stayed here for a night. The hotel is a decent property, is lush green and room are decent. Garden is slightly overgrown but they have nice plants growing across the property. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. We did the chitwan jungle safari from outside the hotel which was 3k nepali for 2 he jeep, 30mins canoe, elephant breeding center and walk in the park with guide. But we could not see rhino which i was eagerly waiting to see in the wild. Saw a bunch of deer and elephants. Food at the hotel was good. Good stay for the price. Swimming pool had high chlorine but was good overall"
