"The Hotel was very comfortable and clean . It is right beside the Train Station and close to bars and restaurants. Saverne was all closed up because of the Easter Holiday. We had booked a spa day in another hotel . The Receptionist could not have done more to help us arrange transport to get there … even offering to collect us after her shift had finished We ended our planned stay one day early as the weather was so bad and everything was closed . The hotel owner very kindly did not charge us for the night that we cancelled . The bed was big and comfortable . The room was very spacious and nicely decorated"
