"We stayed 3 nights in the National Park Hotel and the whole time we felt more than welcome! Suraj is a wonderful and really helpful host, always with a smile on his face. You can feel that the Hotel and his guests are his passion. It’s absolutely warmhearted and highly recommended. We also did Jeep tours and a hike in the Park with the guide Mohan. Mohan is incredible experienced, patiently and super nice. He made our tours unforgettable! Thank you National Park Hotel… It was just amazing!!!"

"This place is horrible. We stayed in the bungalows So I can not comment on the new block. Our first ssue was the bathroom. The Taps were loose, and they placed toilet cleaning Blocks in the sink plug hole. Obviously to hide some kind of smell. However this made our whole room smell like a mens urinal. We had no hot water to shower, for the duration of our stay. But Bespite telling reception. Nothing was done. On speaking with other guests. They all hand the same issues The food is 2 options. 1 vegetarian and 1 meat or fish option However, our main issue was the noise. There is a club/ bar which played loud music until 02 00am. Once that is finished the neighbours' 3 dogs barked until dawn. We i mentioned this to one of the staff though it was very funny Whilst I acknowledge the hotel is cheap. The basis of any hotel is goodnights sleep and hot water to shower If you want some peace and quiet Look elsewhere."

"I really enjoyed staying at this property, the rooms are large and clean with air conditioning. The staff is the jewel in the crown, very on point and attentive to the tourist. They offer packages to visit the Chitwan park, we chose the canoe tour and then the jeep, impeccable guides. We entrusted ourselves to them for the return flight to Kathmandu, we were looked after until the end. Really compliments for the structure and the services offered. Everyone is very kind and helpful. We had dinner at the property, everything was good."

"My friend and I stayed here back in February. We got food poisoning from a nearby restaurant, completely derailing our plans. The staff at peacock, who we had booked activities through, we nothing but amazing in helping rearrange plans and being accommodating. The food here was also great, with the room being very clean and with great facilities. Overall, I cannot recommend Peacock enough for the value."

"My 3 day stay in Chitwan Gaida Lodge was a wonderful experience! The lodge is situated at the edge of Sauraha and has an especially beautiful garden with mature trees and flowering shrubs. I found the garden with its comfortable seating the perfect place for me to relax. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The restaurant has a wide ranging menu of both Continental and Nepalese food. I found all the meals I had were delicious and promptly served too. The lodge organises interesting and exciting safaris and walks in the national park and buffer zone. Chitwan Gaida Lodge is very reasonably priced and good value for money. I highly recommend Chutwan Gaida Lodge for your Chitwan stay."
