Everything was excellent except for not being able to close the roller blinds due to snow outside (hard to sleep with all the light) and the TV was too small and not a smart TV. Otherwise, absolutely loved the stay and heated floors in the bathroom were awesome after a shower!

Amazing! Such a nice place and such a good location - really recommend!

Great location at old town nice clean room but single bed a bit small , good breakfast selection which is included even not mentioned at times of booking.

It was a very cozy stay but I think it is ideal to offer breakfast before 8 am .

在薩拉熱窩僅兩天，特意定了老城的酒店，位置是極為方便，酒店也打理的不錯。早餐挺好。 但不知為什麼我們朋友出行，酒店安排的是大床，且強調就是這樣的預訂！ 跟攜程聯繫後，第二天調到雙床房，但房間更小了。 實在不值這樣的價格啊！近千元的房間。攜程後來退了我們188元。慎選！

設施：有電梯，裝修風格我很喜歡，走廊香氣很美妙。 衞生：整潔乾淨，連續住兩天，中途有幫忙打掃和更換浴巾。 環境：離city center非常近，基本離需要打卡的景點和餐廳都不超過200米。 服務：來薩拉熱窩不用想了，就住這家，絕對會滿意。。工作人員英語挺好，房間沒有熱水壺，大半夜打電話秒送上樓了，還幫忙叫了出租車，來巴爾幹兩週多了第一次覺得有物有所值的四星級酒店。 tips：攜程上預訂了不包含早餐的檔位，但是酒店前台告訴我們價格including早餐，而且早餐真的非常豐盛，而且好吃。

房間很特別、很乾凈、服務也很好
