การเข้าพักที่แย่ที่สุดที่ฉันเคยมีในชีวิต ฝักบัวแตก ท่อระบายน้ำไม่ลง ห้องน้ำน้ำท่วมและทำให้ห้องเปียก ห้องพักไม่มีโทรศัพท์และช่องทางการติดต่อเพียงช่องทางเดียวคือ WhatsApp แต่ไม่มีการตอบสนอง พนักงานต้อนรับไม่สนใจปัญหา พวกเขาแค่แนะนำให้เปลี่ยนห้องซึ่งเป็นห้องที่เล็กกว่าห้องที่ฉันจ่ายไป! ย่ำแย่!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง และทุกคนที่ฉันรู้จักในท้องถิ่นบอกฉันว่าสภาพแวดล้อมนั้นเป็นอันตราย ราคาโรงแรมก็แพงกว่าแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ เช่นเดียวกัน หลังจากสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ ฉันพบทันทีว่าห้องเตียงคู่แตกต่างจากห้องเตียงคู่ ฉันติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงคำสั่งซื้อใช้เวลาสามวันแต่กลับได้รับแจ้งว่าแม้แต่พนักงานโรงแรมก็ทำไม่ได้ ติดต่อแล้ว

The room was small, very small.Well, what can I say? Not so good. Not so good. Besides, the water in the toilet is very slow to heat up. I need to run the water for about 10 minutes to get hot water.

Limited English but I got my room. Is true. But! I survived! The ************ in the streets outside are crazy, but I made it. Food was delicious and rooms amazing. Also Luz station 1 minute away — perfect. Thanks for the stay.

Great location, close to many attractions and very convenient for getting around. The room is a bit small, but the bathroom is clean and well-maintained.

Charged for booking mistake, no flexibility" I booked the wrong month by accident and contacted http://Trim.com to cancel before the stay date. Trim said cancellation depended on the hotel. The hotel refused any refund or date change, even though the room was never used and no services were provided. I understand policies exist, but zero flexibility for an honest mistake and unused inventory was disappointing. I also received a review request for a stay I never had, which felt odd. If you’re prone to booking errors or need date changes, expect strict no-exception enforcement here.

Check in after midnight went smoothly! Felt save and secure. The Facilities were perfect. Service at the reception was very good.  Location is close to metrostation Luz, but a bit far from restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at B&B Hotel with our family. The location was perfect, with many great restaurants and food options nearby. A special highlight was the vegetarian restaurant Lotus, which was absolutely amazing—delicious food, great atmosphere, and one of the best vegetarian meals we've had during our trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area. 😊

Why ask me to check out ,but I have a other new booking there,they don't care about it they still asking me to check it out..bad services

Very Good Location for business

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

Cheap clean eventhough location wasnt that good breakfast was good. Thats why i came here again.
