Perfect Location and great breakfast with excellent room conditions

My worst experience at a Radisson, mostly due to bad service and the room. While the lobby is modern the rest of the hotel is in bad shape: elevators that don’t work properly and rooms that have seen better days. Service: I called for 10 minutes trying to get an iron. The only time someone answered she didn’t speak English. Other times other I got disconnected or no one picked up. After 10 minutes I gave up I also forgot something in the room and called them. Again, 5-7 minutes of transferring me from one person to another until someone with decent English answered. I’d expect an hotel in the center of São Paulo to have the staff that speaks English if they interact with guests. Overall, expensive yet disappointing experience

The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM.

Good location, not expensive, also enough different food on breakfast, staff also cool, I recommend it!!!

Very near to our business office and walkable to our office too.

Неплохо, в хорошем месте, недалеко есть магазин, бассейн маловат. Номера под уставшие, но чисто опрятно. Отель под реновацией

設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：不錯 服務：周到 配套齊全：游泳池、健身房、會議室、餐廳等一應俱全，落地窗設計可俯瞰泳池及湖景。 位置環境清幽，位於聖保羅，周邊自然風光較好。

房間洗手間旁邊是電梯間，在洗手間門口可以聽到電梯的聲音，對睡眠有影響，這是全酒店最貴的房間，體驗感不好。酒店早餐很豐盛，坐在小花園曬太陽看書吃早餐很舒服

宿泊当日の宿泊費は非常に安価で良かった。スリッパがあればさらに良かった。TVが一方向からしか観られずこれも残念であった。特に問題はないが、ホテル受付の対応はもっと迅速にしていかないと混雑時にチェックインがなかなかできず、顧客の満足度を落としていたかもしれません。
