I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room. During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well. The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there. In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden! The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

在聖保羅萬麗酒店住了4個晚上, 我住的是行政樓層,所以每天都可以到23樓欣賞聖保羅的城市景色, 房間很舒適.

位置極佳，在標準市中心，房間乾淨舒適，雖然面積不大，相比較里約這個價格很實惠。我在里約定的相同標準價格貴了一倍

Hôtel bien situé. Le hall est très beau. La restauration est délicieuse. Le petit déjeuner est super : qualité et variété ! Les oeufs Benedict sont excellent ! Le personnel est très bien en particulier les bagagistes … merci à eux 😉

Very well located hotel for central Sao Paulo and nice room. We paid a little extra to get a room that was already available when we arrived at 8am and it was worth the upgrade. Club rooms are worthwhile as happy hours include a buffet and drinks and breakfast in the morning. Really helpful and lovely staff special mention to Malcoon in the club lounge who ensured we tasted Brazilian specialities and to Maria on reception for the shopping advice!

This hotel has it all! Our room was spacious, had great AC, a fridge, great wi-fi, a very comfortable bed, etc. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. At a check-in we were offered a beverage, including a glass of champagne if you wanted. The gym was better equipped than any hotel we have ever been to, even a Ritz Carlton. The breakfast has extensive choices, including made to order dishes as well as a variety of juices: watermelon, green, detox, orange, açaí. Even the coffee was great. Unlike most hotels, the bar is actually a happening place. The Living Lounge Bar and Sushi features live music on certain nights and then sushi chef made some of the best sushi rolls we’ve ever had. We were so impressed with our experience here. The servers were friendly and fun to talk to. Also it’s in a great location to walk to excellent restaurants (try Casariaon Haddock),and many shops. If we ever come back to SP, we will definitely stay here.

The Renaissance is a great hotel in a great location! Nice, safe neighbourhood so easy to walk to nearby attractions. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the staff who were friendly and helpful. We booked a room with club access and it was worth the extra! Our room was spacious, the bed super comfortable, and we had great city views. The lounge itself offered good facilities and an amazing breakfast! The hotel gym is a proper sports club so very well-equipped, although the pool outside needs a little renovation. We ate one night at the restaurant and thought the food and service was generally good. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

As Mariott bonvoy members, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close to the trendy part of town. It's walking distance to museums, shops, Paulista Avenue. We had a lovely welcoming champagne in our room with sweet treats. Our room was comfortable. The bathroom has a tub and shower. We loved the pictures of sao paolo along the wall. The staff is very helpful. We got help with directions and baggage tags and safety locks. They cared for our safety and gave us tips to walk around the city. Ansili was a great help to us at the front desk. We got access to the club lounge for breakfast and happy hour, where we had an incredible array of fruits. Caju fruit, watermelon, pineapple, figs. Bread was tasty and hot options. We loved cocktails at happy hour. They accomodated our requests for caipirinha and acai juice. The servers are so friendly. The view of the city is incredible. They have a pool on the 2nd floor. Overall, it's one of the best stays!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff has always been polite and professional. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was quite rich and very good. The lounge bar is a very welcoming and very nice place. I will definitely return.

I should have written this review last month because I forgot the names of many wonderful employees at this hotel. The Renaissance is my go-to hotel in Sao Paulo for two reasons: location and service. This time I brought my son and my mother with me while I was working on multiple events, and they spent the majority of their time at the hotel. I can only be grateful that the staff was amazing with both of them. Danielle at the front desk is always incredible. She is friendly, attentive, proactive, and has the correct sense of urgency (I can't say the same for other front desk employees). The bellboy team is amazing! They are friendly and talkative, and were always so helpful with my mom and my son. Thank you to Arisio, Washington, Rougre (I think this is his name), and a tall skinny guy whose name I forgot (I am so sorry!!). The ladies at the Lounge are excellent. To Elizabeth, Ana, and Luciana, thank you for making my stay always pleasant. This time wasn't different, and you all made my mom and my son feel very special. Lastly, I want to say thank you to Terraco Jardins. Lastly, I want to say thank you to the Terraco Jardins team. I wish I remembered the name of everyone who was kind and attentive to my mom and my son's needs. They had great meals every time. Thank you to James Jr, Atila, Teixeira, and Pedro. And Thank you to Angelo (cook), he was also a highlight of the trip. Again, I wish I had written this review sooner because all the names were fresh in my mind. Nevertheless, I can assure you that if you decide to stay in this hotel, the staff will take great care of you. Thank you!
