Nice hotel, I came to Sanya every time ~I live here,live in this hotel.nice sunshine,nice beaches,nice food.only if the boy who gives the chair on the beaches be more friendly and quiet, I t will be a perfect place!so give you an advice ,just fire the boy named Yangzai.

Stayed here over a year ago and loved it. Will be a repeat customer. They have so many activities and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The rooms are always impeccable. The staff is very friendly and professional.

It was fantastic stay. Far from crowds, noise and city centre with magnificent sunrise, clear water and sandy beach. No limits, less tourists on the beach. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The beach is wonderful — peaceful, quiet, with clean water. Yes, the entrance has a few stones, but overall it’s very pleasant. The hotel has a very relaxing, almost meditative atmosphere. The staff are kind and helpful, and some of them speak English, which was especially nice. The spa is excellent — a perfect place to rest and feel calm. This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants peace, relaxation, and comfort. I left feeling refreshed and happy.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory. Unfortunately, there was no possibility to order drinks after 9 p.m., as the restaurant closes at that time and the bar was not open at all during our stay. We extended our booking by one additional night before our original arrival via trip.com. It was therefore very disappointing that our original reservation via *********** (5 nights) could not be moved one day earlier due to a flight change—even though this request was made three months in advance. Instead, the hotel only offered us the option to cancel the entire booking (with cancellation fees for all nights) and make a new reservation. In our opinion, shifting the stay by one day with the same number of nights should have been possible given the timeframe. As a result, we booked an additional night separately. Unfortunately, the reception staff was also not accommodating upon our arrival. 总体来说，这次入住还算可以。不过，很遗憾的是，晚上21点之后就无法再点饮品，因为餐厅在这个时间关闭，而酒吧在我们整个入住期间也一直没有营业。 我们通过 trip.com 在原定入住日期之前额外预订了一晚。因此，更令人失望的是，由于航班变更——而且是在入住前三个月提出的请求——酒店却无法将我们原本的5晚预订提前一天。酒店给我们的唯一方案是取消整笔订单（并收取全部晚数的取消费用）后重新预订。我们认为，在如此提前的情况下，仅仅将入住日期提前一天且保持相同晚数，本应是可以实现的。 最终，我们只能额外单独预订了一晚。不幸的是，在我们抵达时，前台人员也没有表现出任何灵活或体谅的态度。

Very friendly staff and beautiful location!

A nice and peaceful place to relax, with a spacious and clean room, and a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. Highly recommended.

+ Much quieter compared to the neighboring hotel — fewer families with young kids + Peaceful, resort-like vibe that feels a bit like Bali + Got a complimentary massage for one – Don’t expect 4-5 star service – Messages sent via Trip.com were never read – Breakfast refill was slow — we went 45 minutes before closing and many dishes were already empty

I liked the hotel and would go back. It didn't interfere in my stay but they could work on some façade maintenance and the like.

Amazing Hotel to relax after a super busy day. The massage was one of the highlights of the stay together with the incredible swimming pool and the breakfast! The service was superb and the feeling of being on a deserted island just 10 minuets away of the craziness is priceless!!!

Very good service, especially from Amber and Asitha . Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast can be of a higher quality.

The hotel is in traditional style with a hint of modern, however it is a bit outdated and needs renovation, hence the affordable price. Rooms are spacious, clean, bed comfortable. We were in superior room on 2nd floor (description says no windows) however there are windows and balcony, but balcony is a loggia so you do not get enough light. The area by the pool is amazing, so calm and relaxing, you can really feel the zen (or we were just in a not busy season). The beach is ok, you have sunbeds, parasols and towels from the hotel. Breakfast was great, great selection even for a European travelers. Reception staff speaks english which is a great plus. Lovely Jason from reception was very kind to us and so helpful on our checkout day, it is worth mentioning. Recommending this hotel for a vacation.
