The location was great, as it provided easy access to the walking street and three nearby malls. There was also a night market that was a short 20-minute walk away. The main point that really made my stay wonderful was Ms. Sun. She was awesome and really turned a bad two nights into a great short vacation. My spouse was upset at the hotel since it was not a typical hotel, since it's located on the 5th and 6th floor of a commercial building. Ms. Sun, the manager? Help us with a room change for an additional price, but what was a horrible experience turn into a nice short two nights. She helped with some recommendations and was just a wonderful person. She was friendly and kind. What needs some work is the entrance to the hotel. The elevator should have some renovation to make it more appealing. The rooms were nice, especially our room 8626. It was large and roomy. The main point for this hotel was the location and Ms. Sun. Would I return? Yes, I would, but I would not take my spouse. She is old-fashioned and wants a hotel with a nice lobby and entrance. If Feifan Yunfai invests in improving the entrance and elevator, with more signage and a nice clean entrance. there should be more guest . Thanks again, Ms. Sun.
