We had a superb stay at the Shanhatian Resort hotel in Sanya. The staff and facilities were amazing. Greta was very helpful and kept us up to date with all information we needed about the hotel and transfers to the airport. The Reef restaurant was extremely well managed and the staff were obviously well trained. Every morning we were greeted with a welcoming smile and the staff practiced some English words every day, very sweet. Our cleaning lady was very friendly and kept the room spotless and well supplied with water, coffee etc. In summary a great hotel with awesome staff :-)
