Booked as relaxing 5 star experience. Reality is very different . Hotel does have prime view ,spectacular . Suites are not luxury. We had to change 3 times , most rooms very very outdated , strong drain smells , beds very uncomfortable. Rooms not cleaned unless you asked . No mattress protectors just thin poor quality linen. The pool . Loud techno music 11am - 11pm 7 days per week Relentless it was like being in a night club. The sun beds were another issue only enough for the paying guests and 5/6 had no shade . Those wanting a day pass who were not staying at hotel got priority over paying guests . Day passes €150. Hotel states no children - that wasn’t the case when we were there . Breakfast adequate but not sumptuous not plentiful at all. No tea / coffee machines had to ask for cup of hot water . We ate at hotel once it was ok . No area in hotel to relax you had to sit by pool or your room. Taxi or shuttle everywhere. Staff are awesome really try to please against all odds and the daily complaints . Lots of room swapping as customers complain . Overheard many complaints about the daily thumping techno music . ATM in hotel but it charges a fee. This hotel needs a total overhaul and re think . The owner should be grateful that the staff are so brilliant and work so hard. Would return to santorini but not to suites of the gods - Pyrgos or Kamari .

I booked this hotel solely based on the excellent reviews but I was debating about the location as it is not in the tourist spots. This hotel deserves all the excellent reviews! The manager, Maggy, as well as all the staff, is very nice and helpful. They really care about the guests and make every effort to make the guests comfortable. Maggy arranged all the transportation, including to the airport and to catch the tours, and local restaurants. When we went out for a hiking and got tired, I just sent her a message and she arranged a car to pick us up! Top notch services by the Nano Suites team. As for the location, it is so tranquil and beautiful that we even hate to leave the hotel. Try to enjoy a breakfast, a drink and sunrise view from the patio. You won’t regret booking this hotel - highly recommended!

Just less than 100 meters from our door is the main bus station of Santorini (Fira bus station) that connect you with all the beaches (Perissa, Kamari and Red Beach...) or Oia and any other place you like to visit at Santorini, 90 meters from our door are the main square of Fira with many coffee shop, restaurants, fast foods, shops, the Caldera cliffs for shopping and best sunset views and the popular bars street of Fira.

The hostel is in an amazing location close to the main tourist area and bus stops for transportation. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was definitely a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the AC worked well, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms (in our private suite), which had a strong smell of mold that made it difficult to use them comfortably. Also, I have to say that the owners/workers were the unfriendliest people I've ever encountered at a hostel. They seemed disinterested (and out right hostile at some points) whenever we asked questions about the hostel or Santorini.
