เพลิดเพลินกับการพักที่นี่ พนักงานโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและให้คำแนะนำที่ดีเยี่ยมเกี่ยวกับอาหารอร่อยๆ และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่ควรลองสำหรับการเข้าพัก 4 วัน 3 คืนของเรา เราได้ทัวร์ครึ่งวันพร้อมชมทัศนียภาพอันงดงาม ชิมไวน์ และชมพระอาทิตย์ตกดินที่ OIA ขอแนะนำเพื่อนๆ อย่างแน่นอน

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

Wonderful hotel and service was great. Easy walk to shops 10 mins. Bar service at pool and Esmerelda was great. Breakfast not so good, food not hot e.g. bacon eggs etc. Location was excellent

Great place, very comfy beds, good water pressure, spotless, helpful staff, grounds immaculate. Sunsets from the resort were breathtaking. Easy walk to bars, restaurants.

Overall it was good stay, the location is not far from town Center, the staff are friendly and the resort has many pool. The only downside is the consistency of the service, on the second day we did not get water in the room. One highlight, gym is very good, fully equipped gym

The hotel was in a perfect location - close enough yet far enough from the crowds - all within a 10 min slow pace walking distance. Service n hospitality were AMAZING !! Food n Drinks were GREAT !! 100% RECOMMENDED !!!

Очень красивый отель. Есть несколько бассейнов, бар-ресторан и ресторан для завтраков. Находится близко к городу, но приходится пройти до него по дороге несколько минут. В целом это не проблема, но если есть желание снять в центре, стоит поискать другой вариант. Вместо двуспальной кровати было две односпальных, что сильно не удобно. Они постоянно разъезжались, а подушки такие тонкие, что после второй ночи наши шеи очень болели. Завтраки однообразные, но приемлемые, голодными не остались.

Il resort è molto bello, ma la vista dalla nostra camera era su un muro. Alla reception nessuno parlava italiano e la colazione era scadente per la parte dolce.

Het hotel is laaggebouwd. De kamers zijn in bungalowvorm, dus op de begane grond. Enkele kamers zijn op de 2e verdieping. Wij zaten in een kamer op de begane grond. Redelijk schoon. Toch wat haartjes hier en daar gespot. Daar houden we niet van. Veel zwembaden, dus als de ene vol is kun je naar de andere. Hotel is erg uitgestrekt. Je koffers worden met golfkarretjes gebracht en opgehaald. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is goed. Kan altijd beter, maar we hebben slechtere ontbijten gehad. Op loopafstand van centrum van Fira. Al met al goede ervaring.
