Everything was amazing. I had a problem and the hotel helped resolve it. Even though the hotel water had issues, they duly apologised to everyone and reiterated that they were working on it. Great service.

One of my favourite hotels in Santo Domingo. Perfect for location and if you don't want to spend 3 figures a night for a 5 star hotel. Renovated a few years ago, the rooms and decor are exceptional. The hallway can be noisy but that's due to the construction of the building as it does have some history. Breakfast is a combination of hot and cold and is served on the rooftop. Once again, staff are very helpful and attentive and I couldn't fault them for anything. Reception is always friendly and helpful. All rooms have a minibar and a safe but if the prices are a little steep then theres a National store in El Conde where you can buy all your needs at local prices. Your 5 minutes walk away from the centre of "El Conde" or "Zona Colonial" where there's quite a few US food chains such as Domino's and KFC as well as a lot of boutique shops where you can find something to your liking. Highly recommended 3/4* hotel with 5* service

I have been coming here since 2006 but this time surprise me. I have to extend one more night. The people , the service is amazing. The breakfast so delicious. Thanks guys

Good overall location and the refurbishment since the last time I stayed is a huge eye-opener. Good to see more investments going into the area El Conde as the place was going into decline.

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

The location of the hotel is the best place to see the beautiful old city around. be very clean and kind

Muy buena ubicación. Lamentablemente, la habitación que me ofrecieron no coincidía con la de las fotografías mostrada en el portal web. La ventana era muy pequeña. Me prometieron un cambio de habitación al día siguiente pero al final dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad para los días en que me quedaba en el hotel. Por otro lado, el mal diseño de la ducha ocasiona que el agua salga y se inunde todo el baño.

El hotel es un edificio precioso ubicado en pleno centro cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. La azotea es una maravilla y es un placer poder disfrutar del desayuno allí. La habitación era amplia y cómoda y muy bien insonorizada.

Nos cambiaron de una habitación de dos camas dobles a dos habitaciones sencillas porque no había lugar. Buscaron soluciones sin embargo no se acomodaba bien eso para mí por ser una familia de 4. El hotel es viejito, está muy bien ubicado y el personal podría mejorar un poquito su atención al cliente. El desayuno estaba muy rico.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de los sitios turísticos, seguro. Comodidad absoluta en la habitación, muy limpio. La atención y calidad del servicio al huésped fue inmejorable, especialmente de José Luis Montero, quien nos ayudó desde el primer minuto. La estadía fue muy agradable.

Me gustó el hotel, la ubicación es buena, el servicio es bueno. El único inconveniente fue la habitación que nos asignaron, la ventana muy pequeña, estaba un poco obscura y muy cerrada.
