The hotel is beautiful and this is our 6th visit but the reception staff are appalling. They have zero customer service tranining and are rude and nearly everyone we spoke to at the pool informed us they had the same issue. The problem is management have been aware of this for a long time but still ignore their customers and with my latest complaint I was informed that the Hotel Manager was angry with me for making the complaint which is sad. They also couldn't find our booking which cost a few hours of messing around with the management staff who are quite incompetent.

It is absolutely my favorite hotel when I visit the Dominican republic. When I visit Santo Domingo. It is in a nice quiet community. I love the garden. I love the staff. The rooms are beautiful with a nice view.

This place is beautiful. It is amazing. I have been to many more motels in Washington DC Chicago and Los Angeles. But this hotel is so beautiful. It is in the center of the city. It feels like it is a resort. He has a beautiful garden. Amazing place.

Exceptional. The renovations were extensive and ceteris-peribus, you can’t beat the lush gardens and secluded city location. A++ and we will return.
