โรงแรมใกล้ Strip Center Alto Peñalolénในซานชาโก

Me había quedado antes en el hotel y había funcionado, la ubicación me sirve porque viajo siempre a ese sector. Hoy 24/4 volví hacer una reserva en booking y llegué a las 23:00 en auto , tocó 4 veces el citofono y nada , me bajo a tocar el timbre dos veces y al rato figura saliendo una srta de una pieza y minutos después un joven tipo guardia. La Srta me dice que no le figura ninguna reserva a mi nombre, le muestro la reserva pero ni siquiera quiso mirarla porque no quizá?, solo repetía que ellos nada que ver tenían con las reservas de booking .., insólito a las 23:00 de la noche no fui recibido en el hotel aunque me figuraba una reserva , solo me ofreció una pieza más costosa , por último me hubiese respetado el precio pero claramente no había servicio ahí . Me fui a un hotel a pocas cuadras de ahí, y ahora tendré que solicitar que me devuelvan el dinero ya que la cancelación me figura que debo pagar 70dolares. Muy Mal Bonaparte en el servicio

This is when you wished you would have spent the time to do a little more homework than TA reviews… Pros: responsive and pleasant customer service, tasty lunch in the restaurant (the chicken stew, black bean stew and ceviche were delicious). Also, The sauna was very warm and cold water was provided when I rented the sauna for $10. The room was large and nice. Opportunities…the worst- at 2:30am, the lighting above our bed turned on and it could not be shut off. It took maintenance 15 minutes to determine how to shut down the whole system until the morning. It was especially painful later to have the hotel charge us $2 for a cup of coffee in the room, for the nicest room in the hotel when we were inconvenienced in the middle of the night. ??? The gym had a lot of useful equipment but it is no spa or gym really. It’s a small room with rusty weights. The team was very friendly but the gym is unacceptable for a hotel deemed 5 star????!!!! Massages were done by nice people and they were value priced for sure, but it was more like a body rub on a hard table with a rough towel to cover you. And finally, not the hotels fault assuredly, but if you are looking for a charming area to stay and visit in Santiago, to walk to cafes or shops, this is not it.

Primeiramente, ficamos parados na portaria por cerca de 60 minutos até a funcionária Sefora Munhoz entrar em contato com a sua central para localizar a nossa reserva. Mostrei-lhe as reservas e a confirmação, mesmo assim, ficamos aquele tempo todo esperando. Após extrema má vontade de resolver o problema, que eram seus, os meus já estavam pagos e com os vouchers mostrados, nos disse que haviam localizado na sua central e que nos dariam um upgrade pela demora. Não pedimos nada além de irmos ao apartamento e deixar as nossas malas, pois estávamos chegando de um cruzeiro de 14 dias e queríamos descansar um pouco. Quando fiz a reserva para o Neruda, como está no site de vocês, aparece, e aparenta, um estabelecimento com acomodações quatro estrelas; assim que efetuados os procedimentos, a funcionária da recepção solicitou que acompanhássemos o funcionário encarregado das malas que nos levaria aos aposentos. Caminhamos pelo saguão do hotel até uma porta, quando ele a abriu para pegarmos os elevadores, pareceu-nos que estávamos adentrando nos hotéis sem a qualificação descrita no site de vocês; acomodações que se assemelham aquelas bem populares e simplórias próximas a rodoviárias e portos. A decepção já estava nesse breve caminhar até outra portaria que certamente deveria fazer parte da página principal do site desse hotel, mais lá estava somente um porteiro, não havia local para check in, pois ele era realizado no local em que o fizemos, na entrada do hotel, e fomos “enganados” pela foto e qualificação do estabelecimento. O pior ainda estava por vir, o quarto designado a nós era muito espaçoso, porém, somente isso. Um forte cheiro de desinfetante de má qualidade permeava o ar, que colou em nossas narinas e roupas, não havia ar condicionado na acomodação (bem diferente do exposto no site do hotel), o banheiro com cortina de plástico improvisada, sem nem mesmo um box de vidro, e os móveis que adornavam o quarto como um conjunto totalmente desconexo, como se aquele quarto tivesse sido montado às pressas com móveis garimpados de outros lugares. Como as senhoras puderam perceber, não tínhamos comprado isso, esta não é a acomodação quatro estrelas que o site deste hotel nos vendeu e pelo qual pagamos adiantado. Viajamos todos os anos para o exterior e jamais ficaríamos num local tão precário assim, afinal, em nossas férias queremos poder desfrutar de boas acomodações e, realmente acreditamos na imagem vendida, e não entregue, pelo site de vocês. Sim, propaganda enganosa. Frente a esta acomodação que não condizia com a reserva efetuada e já paga, não desfizemos as malas e voltamos na portaria para falar com a atendente Sefora Munhoz. Dissemos a ela que não queríamos aquele quarto, que gostaríamos de vir para o hotel e pagaríamos a diferença das acomodações, mes

Perfect location and walkable to many restaurants, parks, Costanera Tower, etc. Service was great. Very clean and comfy! We loved it! The staff were very helpful. Shower available in fitness center for early arrivers. The rooftop view was amazing for breakfast, bar, etc.

The hotel is clean and located in the heart of Santiago. The staff are amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There are bus and train stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Water, beer, wine and snacks are conveniently available for purchase in the lobby any time of the day or night. The hotel is still ramping up its operations to become more “full service” so some services, such as an in-house laundry service, are not yet available. The pool/bar area is beautiful and makes for a great place to hang out. Compared to a four star hotel in Chicago, some may find the interior a bit lacking, but my family and I really liked it.

Had a lovely stay, friendly helpful staff and clean, modern, spacious rooms with stylish decor. Nice breakfast and reasonable price. Great location close to central Santiago, Santa Ana and Cumming subway stations and many restaurants. Would recommend to anyone.

This is an excellent hotel for the price, USD52 or AUD75 per night, twin room. We stayed for 6 nights. The room and bathroom were clean with fresh towels when requested. Beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. I always judge a hotel on the pillows! The hotel is in a slightly grungy part of town BUT it's within easy walking distance to the main Railway Station, Metro station and the airport Turbus terminal. It has an excellent buffet breakfast (included in the tariff) and the dinner menu is well priced. The staff were very helpful and provided us with a take-away breakfast on the morning we were departing before the restaurant opened. The hotel reception area has a refrigerator with cut sandwiches and drinks for sale. There is a currency exchange shop next door which gives a good exchange rate (unlike the rip-off at the SCL airport).
