It is a nice and clean hotel. We are very impressed with the clean and the comfort and it’s in good location very convenient to go to shopping center and have a nice restaurants around. It’s highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Service is good and there is a shopping Center within walking distance.

High cheap bonvoy stickers make this place for sure not appear like 4 or 5 star

Really love this hotel which is in a beautiful part of Santiago and has all you need for a comfortable stay

酒店環境優雅，設施齊全，餐廳，咖啡吧，健身房，天台酒吧等等都會OK，而且酒店位置位於富人區（朋友説是old money區域），周邊環境相對安全放心。斜對面不遠就有商場超市，吃的喝的很多。 酒店房間可以看見周邊雪峯，讓人心曠神怡。

非常一般，定了大床房給了雙床，有個房間還沒有拖鞋和浴衣，特別特別一般，不會”再定，沒有體重秤，位置也不方便

호텔도 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았어요.

Llegamos a la 1 am a la habitación y estaba la calefacción mala. Llamamos 5 veces y tardaron 1 hora en que viniera el técnico para luego decirnos que estaba mala. También se demoraron en cambiarnos a la nueva pieza que estaba con límite en la calefacción por lo tanto fría y no temperaba lo suficiente. Tampoco contaban con frazadas dentro de la habitación. Recién a las 3 am le sacaron el límite a la calefacción. Resumen además del mal rato y tener que dormir tapada con toallas y vestida me resfrié . También pedí desayuno a la habitación para las 11 am eran las 11:30 y no llegaba… todo un desastre. Lo peor que era para celebrar mi cumpleaños. El regalo pésima experiencia, mal rato y un gran resfrío

在聖地亞哥屬於比較新的高檔酒店了，早餐還可以，就是面朝馬路房間有點吵。

房間乾淨，整潔，位置好，所處地區安全，早餐豐富，水果，麥片，雞蛋，培根，酸奶，果汁都有，出入方便，周邊餐廳多，商務性價比高，

酒店位置便利安全，步行10分鐘即可到達商場，LV、GUCCI等各種奢侈品專櫃都有，購物便利。我住的房間拉開窗户就能看到雪山。衹是服務有待提升，入住的第四天第五天房間漏放浴巾和地巾，另外早餐種類偏少，除了水果和麪包很沒有別的

各方面都很好，方圓 1 公里內吃飯去，購物都方便

非常好，位置好，價格合理，並且在聖地亞哥是非常安全的區域，很滿意本次入住下次還會再來的。聖地亞哥很美麗
