Great stay. Love their pools but the adult ones always too crowded. Only 1 glass bottle is provided for the room and you need to get own water from the water station. Not really convenient.

The Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops. The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty. The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

Its the second time I stayed in the same hotel snd in general is ok, the private beach could be bigger and they have constructions next to the building so my view wasnt that great. Its a little far from down town

Staff is not friendly. The guy working at the beach door was extremely rude and unwilling to help with a beach bed. Good breakfast. Gym could be better equipped.

Breakfas to expensive..$25 dollars and its not worth it.

這是我們住過感受最不好的希爾頓酒店。先來説説好的地方。1:酒店離機場很近。車程10-15分鐘左右。離市區雖然很遠。但不影響吃飯和購買必需品。因為離酒店步行10分鐘左右有一個綜合商圈。有很多餐廳和一個大超市。2:酒店有自己的專屬沙灘🏖️所以比較安全、安靜、方便。而且小商販很少。也有水上遊樂項目。二樓的泳池也很漂亮。3:酒店的早餐很豐富。也很美味。晚餐做得也好吃😋現在來説説不好的地方。1:我們到酒店的時間是當地週一下午3點半左右。但是門口沒有工作人員幫忙搬行李和開門。進去大廳後、有工作人員在門口站着、也有推行李的行李架。但是沒有來幫忙。酒店前台的工作人員也是態度冷淡。2:進入住宿樓層後空氣不流通，很悶，有明顯的裝修材料的氣味。房間也一樣。3:房間內酒店提供了一個玻璃瓶。是讓入住的客人自己用瓶子去接水喝的。每層樓會有接飲用水的地方。請問怎麼保證這個接水的瓶子是乾淨衞生的？4:酒店的客房衞生打掃得不太乾淨。去的時候有小的擦手毛巾。後面就沒有了。還有酒店的設備也存在安全隱患。凳子破了裏面的釘子都冒出來了。還好自己看見了沒有坐上去。5:最最最不好的就是酒店工作人員的服務態度，一小部分比較好。大部分的服務都不好。可以説沒有服務。一樓早餐廳的服務稍微好一些。二樓永池餐吧服務不好👎。可以説整個酒店的服務都非常不滿意。

房間選好了風景不錯，早餐很不錯，早餐服務也很好。衹是沒想到一覺醒來，睡裙外的下肢長了好多疙瘩！明顯不是蚊子的原因，而且床上用品不潔！五星級賓館真是沒想到。喊了她們的護士來給擦了一次葯，答應送葯到房間以備後續也沒有了下文…

Hotel hermoso!! Moderno y habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas!! Ubicación no te puedo decir porque no salí del hotel entonces no me pude ubicar!! Como estuve un lunes y martes el hotel estaba desértico con lo cual le faltó el ambiente de la gente. La playa no me gustó mucho.
