This hotel is a great location close to downtown restaurants and wine tasting rooms (a few blocks or so). The premise is nice, the beds are comfortable. They have a pool and jacuzzi which I appreciated! We stayed for a short girls trip and I want to shout out Eric who we super friendly and helpful. He was so accommodating with our random requests and helped us out a ton. So thanks, Eric! This hotel is too far to walk to the beach but it’s a quick Uber ride or you can walk a few blocks and catch the waterfront shuttle that comes by like every 30min. I would definitely stay here again!
Hotel is in good location about 2 blocks from Stearns wharf. Room is very small and made it a challenge moving around in our room even with just 2 medium size luggage. Bathroom and shower are small but enough one person use. It is curtained on one side and glass partition on side next to toilet. Our room is on 1st floor and have a garden patio which is walled from adjoining room on both sides. What i didn't like is the A/C unit location mounted high on wall facing the bed, I had to push the louver up to make the airflow not hit us in bed. I'm glad night time temperature outside wasn't too hot, around 60'2 so I was able to turn down the A/C on low. Valet parking is expensive, $48 and its just the only space to stop for checking in, so valet guy only had to move it a few more feet to park. Wished I looked at public parking across the street. Overall, ok stay for location.
The resort was beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean. We brought our golden retriever and it was a very pleasant stay for him as well. The location is close enough to the shops and restaurants of State St. but far enough away to be peaceful and not too crowded. My only complaint is the food. We ate at all of the different restaurants and each time we were so disappointed by the quality of the food and the prices were astronomical. I don't mind paying a lot for good food, but this food was worse than what I make at home and I am not a good cook! My daughter ordered the lobster roll at The Set and it was terrible. $30 down the drain. We had breakfast at The Roundhouse and the avocado toast was beyond bland. Then we tried lunch at the Terraza del Mar - I got a chicken Cesar salad and my daughter got a poke bowl. The salad was cole slaw mix and chicken, that was it. Her poke bowl didn't have the rice that it was supposed to have and was horrible, she couldn't have more than a couple bites. I would stay at the resort again, but would never eat at any of their restaurants again. Better to Doordash or eat off property.
We booked a 2 bedroom suite for the 3 of us and were happy with our choice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The living area was comfortable except for the very tired couch. The bright overhead lighting could be easily fixed with a dimmer switch. We were at the back of the building which was easily accessible. Parking was excellent and front desk staff very welcoming. Every destination was an easy shot from this location. Coffee was terrible, but overall this was an excellent stay.

Stayed at the Oasis for 1 night while passing through and I honestly wish I could have stayed an additional night. The hotel from the outside does not look like much but the rooms are very cute. I got a King room in the rooms around the pool, not the 2 story building. The room wasn't very large but was more than enough space for 2 people. No closet, just an open hanging area above a bench in the corner. A desk and chair, microwave and mini fridge were in the room for use. Little bistro type seating in front of the rooms as well as two bigger tables for 6 people under a canopy with lights on both sides of the pool. The weather was nice so we grabbed food, ate outside and played board games. It is next to a busy street but the noise level was not bad. Location is far from your typical tourist spots in SB - beach and state street but for the price, it's worth the stay and there is plenty of parking around SB where you want to go so it wasn't a big deal to not be within walking distance. Staff was friendly as well.
